Aussie Gym Equipment

Hi,

Just thought I would dig up this old thread because I am also in the search for setting up a home gym. Basically just after the basic shit, power rack, adjustable bench, bumpers (for O lifts), bar with good bearings, hyper/reverse hyper. Will try to build my own platform.

Has anyone had any dealings with www.gymandfitness.com.au? I sent them an email and they said they can supply a few types of bumper plates, even IWF approved ones (not that I will get them). Also have a good range of power racks from cheap ones ($499) up to powertec ones.

Has anyone come across any reverse hyper extensions in AUS? Or glute ham raise benches?

Krunk,

It’s expensive but try these guys for your GHR and reverse-hypers:

How much were the bumper plates from gym and fitness?

Cheers,

Ben

I might sound stupid but:

Rings + rack + bar + plates + rope + dbs
tie the dbs to the rope and use it for cardio , that thing owns thoose bikes and threadmills

and use rights for upper body and the bar and rack for squats deads and OH presses and your set
