Not too bad for 67 yrs old. I’m 5’9" and that’s a few months ago at 174 lbs. I’m now on a bulk and closer to 194 but I actually look better in this pic but I’m flexing a bit.

I like to think of myself more like the older washed up dude in a low budget gladiator movie who keeps the arrogant young pups in line, but ultimately gets stabbed from behind by that one bad apple who just can’t fall in line, but ultimately gets what’s coming to him from the movie’s hero.

I guess it’s because we don’t know anything about @Cyrrex in his prime that we can’t understand his harshness towards himself.
