Just once, way back on prom night. It worked.

Right, yes, the goatee is the only difference between me and John Holmes. Yep. No, really. Anyway…

When is the next check in? You guys will likely see me pulling over four plates by whatever time the next check in is. :)
Its a monthly check in…
Yeah, it’s kinda ended up as an every two months-or-so type of thing. Originally, I suggested every six months (August and Feb, to allow for more progress/difference and to prevent the idea from getting stale), but if other folks start them whenever, it’s not exactly the end of the world.
lol whatever works!

Mother of God, 45 lbs in a month! How’d you do that?

Derek explains it pretty well about halfway down this page:

It was brutal, but well worth it.

Wait, 1 month? I thought this was a 13 month thing! (I barely skimmed your post). How did losing weight that fast effect your lifts?

It was your first pic (which actually was from 2012) that threw me off.

Pretty happy with progress. Clothes are fitting better and lifts are increasing. Almost at 200kg deadlift, and I military-pressed 95 last week.

Started doing some actual cardio too, lazy bastard that I am. Been yogging 4km 3 times a week

I haven’t been here in awhile. This vid was shot a few days ago. First time doing pullups with chains. 2 x 40lbs chains. Sorry for the short and crappy quality vid, my cousin who took it on his phone ran out of memory.

Ill play. im 5.9" , currently 144 lbs mid day with no clothes . Good pics are from may. Cellphone pics are this week.

This week.

Last . Getting in shape. Losing fat around the edges and becoming hard and sharp.

Added to my squat PR today. Hit a solid 495lb back squat, finally breaking the 5 plate barrier.

Nice squat Ape. I love the enthusiasm. Keep up the hard work. Nothing feels better than beating a personal goal.
