You’ve made amazing progress–congrats.
If I may ask, how is Perkins as a coach? [/quote]
I’ve been using him since feb 2012 and am choosing to use him this entire off season and my contest prep next summer.
I think he is an amazing coach and I am very happy with the progress we have made since we started working together.

He doesn’t need it. He’s got a good 50lbs to go natty.

lol haha.
2 pounds a year for 25 years. Natty Savior in the house.
Nah but seriously I’m not going to do steroids.
Or if I do it won’t be for some years.
I want to compete as a 100% natural.
If I ever do go on many years from now I won’t be cycling either I’ll be staying on for life or blast/cruising.
From people who’s knowledge I trust as far as drug guidance goes it seems like there is a lot of risk in terms of cycling without being on a lower cruise dose permanently.
But yeah, I have many more reasons right not to not use than to use so I’m just going to stay clean and natty for now.

I guess trying to avoid a donkey hoof to the dome would be pretty exhausting but there are easier ways to lean out then trying to suck on some donkey balls
Lookin large and in charge.
