yes, but usually only if I do some max attempts.

I have yet to measure myself as I only have rulers but Im waking up at a 185.8-187.6 range. When I posted this I was about 185. I definitely feel the same though. I dont look as if I have gained weight but I also look at myself everyday so… I think I will buy a measuring tape. lol

I think the principles of tracking weight/food and setting goals would be of use to you. Obviously use the mirror/measurements as well, but the setting of short/medium/long term goals will really help you out as well as tracking your food. So if for week 1, the scale only goes up .25lbs, you know for week 2 you need to add maybe 250 calories more than you consumed on a daily basis for week 1.

Yeah that helps. I definitely know my diet is my main issue. its weird some days I can take in 3500 calories like its nothing, and the next its hard to get in 2500… Today I didnt eat my first meal til noon but atleast it was 1000 calories…

Was wondering what you guys think of Spuds? The only reason is that I can eat a lot of them and I get instant buds so there very quick to cook. Are these okay instead of full potatoes?
