PPress- 170x5
Press- 95x10
Lat pulldown- 120x5, 140x5, 160x13, 130 2x10
DB bench- 70x10, 80x10, 90x7
Rows- 130 4x10
Rope pushdown- 100 4x12
Facepull- 60 4x12
Took like 70 minutes. Always supersetting early presses with band pullaparts. Press felt decent, did an over warm up and think it helped. Weight didnt feel as heavy for the set then. Hit a nice PR, then hit a set of push press. Then volume press like immediately after and shoudlers were burnt. Pulldowns went for one max set, then back offs. Somewhat similar to my pressing. Thinking of doing like 80s for db bench and just rep it out for two sets. Rows were good, got dat squeeze, went a little heavier than normal. Facepulls and pushdowns for blood pumpy shit. Good session, got dat PR boner going.

Leg press- 6 plates 4x12
Handing knee raise- BW 3x10
Took an hour. Squats felt decent, did some internal rotation stretches and my hip felt better. Hit an overwarmup cuz hey why not. Feel like form was pretty good, got really winded on the ten repper. No goodmornings, but got a little looser than id like in the hole. Paused felt good, didnt sink them as deep and stayed tighter. Leg press got the quads going, but annoyed my right knee, weird achey/sharpish/pinchy feeling by my old meniscus tear area. Gets annoyed like once a month, its fine but the first time it hurt during exercises in a long time. Fuck trunk work. Nuff sayz.

Close grip floor press- 185x8, 225x8, x8, x6, x6, x6
Drove home and and went to the gym with girly
Lat pulldown- 120x5, 140x5, 160x5, 180x5, 200x5, 140x10, 120 3x10
Rows- 120 4x12
Facepulls- 60 5x12
Rope pushdown- 100 4x15
Stretches
Bench felt decent warming up, 275 was a smoke show. 285 felt decent, slight grind but its because I wasnt tight enough. Felt much easier than last time. Tried 300 because it was 3 singles, felt good enough to go for it. Got a good lift off and had a grind in the middle of the rep. It was a slight ball buster, but I locked that shit out. 300 down, 315 next. Prolly took like 4 seconds on teh concentric. Floor press killed the triceps. Back work went really good today, really got dat squeeze doe. Damn good day. Super “excited” about the PR.

Sounds good. I dont go heavy often because I dont have a squat rack…nor safeties. Just a lift off…step back and squat. Lol. I did hit 335x1 last friday. So thats where im at.

I do have access to a monolift at Detroit Barbell, but ill video it when I do it. Belt only, and I recently hit 335x1 beltless and 335x2-3 with a belt.

Squat- bar(50 pound)x15, 100x8, 140x5, 190x5, belt on230x3, 280x2, 300x1, 320x1, 340x1, 365x1 PR mothafuckaa
Deadlift- 225x3, 275x2, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, x1
Squats felt meh warming up but felt locked in at 3 plates, 340 flew up so I went for 365. Felt heavy unracking it but got to the bottom and felt good. Didnt grind it too bad, felt like I had ten more in me still. Good squats, got a big fifteen pound pr, pumped. Deads felt like ass, was gonna try 455 but wasnt feeling good on deads today. Ill take it tho, finally getting that squat moving.
