Squat- barx20, 115x10, 155x8, 205x5, belt on 245x5, 275x5, 295x5, 305x5
Deficit Deadlift (2")- 225x5, 275x3, belt on 315x3, 365x2, 405x2 ties PR, easier this time

Hit the major lifts and planned on assistance tonight with the lady friend. Squats felt really good, I think the quad work is helping. Didnt get bent over much at all. Felt pretty solid. Pulls felt good. Second rep of 405 was decent, might have got a little rounded if any. Felt solid.

Warmed up with soft tissue, assistance stuff from this morning

Leg press- 2 ppsx10, 3ppsx10, 4ppsx5, 5pps 5x20
Bad girl machine- stack 3x20
Seated calf raise- 2plates 4x15
Hanging leg raise- bw 3x10
Then band stretches

Quads were killed from the leg press. Gotta hit the whore machine to keep the knees out and be seductive. Saw the girly squat 140 for a single after hitting 95 for 5x5, shes got more in her. Good assistance stuffs. Tigers were eliminated the sluts, and lions blew the game. Fuckers.

Trying to do a deload with volume, kept intensity fairly high. Low volune front squats toa one rep max haha. Then some low volume back, pressing just to do the motion and upper back and butt. Feeling good. Just a kinda deload deload but not really.

Did the same exact thing with my “deload” last week

Cable rows- 120 8x10
Rear delt- 85 3x20
Rope pushdown- 100 3x15

Band stretches. Took like 90 minutes in detroit, then 45 in my other gym. Bench felt really good today, was able to keep tightness on the bench. Felt very stable and pressed very well, no grinds today. Then hammered the ever living fuck out of my triceps with boards and floor press. Theys tired. Then destroyed back, got an awesome squeeze.

Deadlift- 225x3, 315x2, belt on 365x1, 405x1, 445x1 PR!

Squats felt mehh warming up, was having trouble staying on my heels. Improved around like 295ish. The first set of 335 was great the firrst rep, second rep got folded over like a mofo. The last three sets were much better. Hips went back a little, but they felt good. Much better due to improved focus and upper back tightness. Deadlifts felt great, everything flew. Pulled the fasted 405 ever, felt like speed work. Clay said pull a heavy single, hit 445 with a little room to spare. Might have had 455 in me. Next time 455 is my bitch. Gonna go to the gym later with the lady to hit leg press, slut machine, and leg raises. Good session #1, assistance session later. Go Lions.

Whore machine- stack 4x15
Hanging leg raise- bw 3x10

Some stretches. Leg press was freckin hard. Quads yo, booty pump and abs hurt. Little light headed and almost puked. Also had a kid creeping on my girlfriend squatting. Twas funny.
