Dips- BW 3x10

Lat pulldown- 120 5x10

Took like two hours. Got a lot of coaching on bench today. Still sturggling with leg drive. Good PR tho, they ahd me lighten it to work on those leggy things, got some good work in. Incline and dips got me pumped bitch. Back stuff got a real good squeeze. Danquan for president/team toaster.

Squat- barx10, 115x8, 155x5, belt on 205x5, 245x5, 295x5, 315x4, 305x5
Deadlift- belt on 225x3, 315x2, 365x2, 405x2 PR, 455xnope
Leg press- 5pps 3x10, 1x6
Prowler- 200 20 yards x10

Squats felt pretty good, really felt pretty stable squatting with it. Feel more controlled now that I slowed down my eccentric. Hit some decent squat volume, form felt solid. Was told I was like 3-4 inches below parallel. Butt shot back during the last couple of each set, they were pretty damn hard. Little bit of lean, but still pretty good. Deads felt good, havent pulled 405 for a double from the floor. Have from a deficit, but still PR from the floor. Tried 455 just cuz, got it off the ground but only like 3 inches. Leg press felt like a muscle in my right thigh was stabbed, somewhat proximal vastust lateralis area/IT band. Feels fine now but it did not want to leg press. Prowler blows. Didnt feel like doing assistance work, so pushed it and left.

What kind of belt did you get?

Got an elitefts lever belt. If you got any good ways to break it in lemme know, so stiff.

The only way to break it in is to use it a lot. I like a stiff belt though, they seem to give better support than when they get old and floppy.

Squats felt alright, got so out of breath, was gonna paused deadlift but didnt have my shoes. Hypers were real good, liked the heavier weight. Legs feel like jello from the fifty repper. The single leg ones felt odd in my hips, like i was running into something. Good session.

Your squats are looking good man! You have almost no butt wink at all. Do you do a lot of flexibility and mobility work or did you just get lucky?

Thanks!! Lots of flexibility work, was never flexible growing up. Goblet squats are the greatest thing I have ever discovered, I hold the bottom position and shift side to side and all other directions. Help my depth tremendously. And really focusing on getting tight and going as low as my hips allow.

Took like 90 minutes. Bench felt pretty good, feel like I have better form pausing then TnG. Lots of PRs because I dont paused bench often, but felt pretty strong today. Doing less volume today for funsies. Good session, lots of PRs and talk about cunnilingus and beards. Interesting.

Went in last night and hit some rear delts 5x20, curls, pushdowns, facepulls, and bad girl machine for 4x12. Fluff yo.

Took like an hour. Squats felt really good today, focused on putting weight through my heels. Got a bunch of PRs, last time I hit 275x2 with a belt, and 295x1 with a belt. They felt good, it felt right brooo. Deads felt like ass, but form looked good. No chalk sucks dick, thumb hurts from hook grip. No problem with gripping, just trying to get used to it. Didnt feel like doing anything else so I hit the quads very lightly with leg extensions, right knee annoyed now.

Took like an hour, press felt really light so I wanted to go heavy. Hit a 5 pound PR so I am happy, tied my 10 rep PR too. Coulda hit another. Video is loud, oopsies. Pulldowns fo the lats, tits, rows, pushdowns. All went fine, tis assistancy stuff. Saw a video on a lady that eats mattresses, yumm. Left shoulder feels kinda odd, dont know how to describe it, maybe a little achey lateral to the greater tubercle, was weird on rows in the anterior delt/bicep tendon area. Meh its fine.

Bench felt decent, felt like I was losing tightness while benching. Got some PR’s but failed like 3 times. Not happy about that. Then did a shit ton of tricep related stuff, arms feel like jello. Went and did rows, but wanted to do more upper back and get the girly lifting so did more. Feel great after the stretches. The tigers are a fucking joke…
