Took 75m. Press felt a little heavy today, but I think I could have gotten 2 more reps. Chins might be getting better, but they are stubborn as shit. I feel like being lazy and doing pulldowns. Incline was good, tough the last two sets, barely got ten. Rows got a nice squeeze. Rest was fluff douchey cuz I wanna stuff, took 15m total, felt pumppey after. Goodly session, then some chipotle… mmmmmm chipotle, and I hate the new layout for the logs.
Took 2 hours. Bench felt odd but def some good prs, remember getting 245 for a grinding 2. Clay got pissed and made us do prowler sprints in the middle of benching, kid wasnt spotting good. Fuck the prowler. Dbs felt good, rows got a damn good squeeze along with pulldowns. Good session, bench is making good progress. Elbow wasnt happy with incline tho.

Took like two hours. Got some tips squatting by clay, also 4x8 blows. Deads felt decent, nice pr, got a little rounded but decent still. Rest for some volume and cuz I wanted to watch football. Good session, got a PR.

Squats felt good form wise, depth looks good. Got so out of breath tho trying to really focus onstabilizing the trunk. Such winded. Had prolly 2-3 in the tank. Leg press kills the vmo, hypers kill everything.
