wow you are a pretty cool dude?
what are you gonan eat a chinese food? lolz take pics and post pls so jealous omg
Just went to plain ol cici’s pizza, ate like two and a half ish. Great post workout of course.
Took like 1 hr and 45. Benched for the first time in forever, felt decent. Squat felt terrible. Pullups were easy. Rows were a damn good contraction. Swoss bar was cool, but the thick handles felt weird. Really fun tho. Pulldowns got a nice contraction, amd facepulls were meh. Spent prolly thirty minutes chatting up thw powerlifting team. Awesome day, and also got a full time job offer as a physocal therapist assistant, so it looks like I am moving toward detroit area.
Took 90. Lifted with the brother today for funsies. Squat felt off but went for it anyways, felt like I was doing a goodmorning on all of them. Ass shoots back, so if anyone knows how to fix that id love it. Bench felt decent, thought id have 3 in me but the second sucked. Also experimenting with hand placement, tried ring finger on the ring because I am 6’5" and have a 6’9" wingspan. I think a wider grip should be better so my forarms will be perpendicular at the bottom. Goodmornings were decent, hams and erector work. Facepulls were good, chins were good, other stuff was good. But yeah I would love squat advice since I am pretty turrible. And bench too because I think my bench went down over the last year doing pushups, incline, and ohp. Maybe I need to bench to get better, who would have guessed?

I built my bench out of wood and can send you some pics if you want to see how I put it together.
Don’t like my ghetto rigged box? haha. Also, no point on me building one because I am moving to the east side of Michigan and have to get an apartment. Wont be bringing most of my stuff and will have to go to a “gym”. All I am bringing is my dumbbells, blast straps, and kettlebell. Gotta find a good gym near Troy now.
Press- barx10, 75x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x3, 155x2, 175x1, 165x2, 165x1, 95x18
Paused bench- 135x5, 185 5x5
Chinups between sets- BW 10x5 PR
DB rows- 90s 5x10 each (all on left then all on right)
Incline ring pushups- BWx12
Facepulls- 70 5x10
Pullaparts- x100
Took 90m. Press felt good warming up, but 175 just didnt have it, wanted to hit a triple for a nice PR but it wasnt gonna happen. Bench felt really good, prolly cuz it was light. Any form tips appreciated. Chinups were a PR, never got 10x5 at BW. Felt like DB rows today, felt decent, got a decent back squeeze. Facepulls got a decent squeeze, and pullaparts got the rear delts nicely. Decent session, didnt get what I wanted to hit. Guess today wasnt meant to be for pressing, but hey got a chinups PR so not terrible.

Ahhh, that sucks man. Moving from a ghetto garage set up to a top of the line gym is still a downgrade in my opinion. I hate having to go to a gym with all the douches and follow rules and listen to music that I don’t like. I hope you find a really good one though!

Im hoping I will be about 35m from Detroit Barbell, but that is still a decent drive. If not I am looking into a Powerhouse Gym, hoping that it would allow chalk, deadlifts, and any other thing I want. I would love to keep my home setup, but I would also love training at Detroit Barbell as well if possible. Who knows.
Took 1 hour 45 minutes. Wanted to hit something relatively heavy with decent form, then back off with lots of nice crisp reps. 335 kinda sucked, trying to improve leg strength to see if it will stop ass from shooting back. Snatch RDL are awesomely brutal, kills PC. Lunge kicked my ass, did more on the right because I always lunge with the left and it is weaker. Held it in the opposite hand as the leg going, killed the obliques as well. FS hold kicked my ass, started shaking, bodysaw killed as well. No PR’s, sad day is sad but not really, good session.
Took like 60-70m. Just wasnt feeling it after pressing. Bench felt good, had a painful elbow crack at 185 but it didnt bug me after the crack. Feels off, but it will be fine, it happens all the time. Bench was a PR and could got another rep for sure maybe 2. Good set. Press might have been a volume PR, i think. Chinups were good, but just wasnt motivated to do another two sets. After pressing, i just wasnt feeling it. Good bench, but everything else was meh. Prolly will do some pullaparts later this evening. Ill definitely take the bench PR though, good session.
