Warmed up with dynmaics and soft tissue

Incline bench- barx10, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x3, 195x6 PR!, 195x4, 175 3x5, 135 2x10
SS band facepulls 3x10 (first 3 sets)
Weighted chinups- 25 8x3 PR! (between bench sets)
Chest supported rows- 115 5x10 (squeezed)
Prehab stuff
Facepulls- 55 5x10 (paused)
Band pushdowns- Elitefts silver 4x20
Pullaparts x100

Took 90m. Did a shit ton of incline bench, like 81 reps I think. Felt like being csulli. The 195 set was good until the last rep, which was a grinder. But its a PR. The facepulls between for a warm up. Chinups were a volume PR.
Rows were friggen awesome today at a lighter weight, got a hyuuge mid back squeeze and pump. Facepulls were better paused, really felt the back working. Pushdowns gave the triceps a hyooge pump too. Whenever I miss its like the last 4-6 inches on bench so I figured triceps would be a good thing. Pullaparts cuz my girlfrahn wanted to look at my back cuz she likes it. Im not complaining. Good session.

Paused squats (3s)- 215x3, 235x3, 255x3 PR, 275x2 PR
Squats- 295x3, 315x3 PR, 335x3 PR
Front squat- 225 4x5
Suitcase deadlift- 135 3x10
Pushup blast strap fallouts- 2x10

Took 75m. Warmed up with just normal squats hitting depth, then felt like doing paused squats. Legit 3s pauses… Turns out my 3s were like 2s, had my girlfrahn count for me. These were tough but I got them. Knee popped on 275 on the second one, could have gotten another but it hurt slightly. No big deal, happens a few times a month. Two PR’s on paused squats onto no pauses. Hit 315 with no belt for 3 reps, think I could have hit another 1-2, PR. Then hit 335 for a decent single, minor grind but another PR. 4 PR’s. Its nice because I can basically call any paused rep a PR, and I reset all my squat PR’s because I am actually hitting depth now. I think my best at 315 was 4 or 5 about 4 inches high so ill take it. Feels like I fell forward but looked decent. Front squats were tough after squats, never done them after, killed the upper back and legs. Then some trunk work, was gonna do more fallouts but it felt like my lower abdominal area was ripping in half so I was done. Good session. 275x2 in video.

Reverse wrist curls x10 reps

Took 75m. Pressing felt good, good groove until 165. Every rep felt like it was in the wrong spot, but went with it and got a PR. Think I could have gotten another rep out of it. Used a belt because I got a new one, not sure how I like it yet. Bench was hard after that drop set, just had no pop left pressing so it was light. Chins were a PR technically but the last set was a little loose in the form. Rows were good, felt the back a lot. Facepulls felt back going a lot. Pushdowns were tall kneeling so it was much harder then standing, good tricep thing going, and wrist curls killed the extensors like no other. Good session got one good PR, and one kinda sloppy last set PR. 165x4 video.

Took 65m. Squats felt on today, tried my new belt out on them. Liked the belt, much better than the previous one. Form felt good, stayed upright, and PR. Deadlift was alright, got really sweaty at this point, used the belt again but didnt need it. Wont use it next time. RDL was beltless and got me a lot of erector, ham and donk work. Liked them today. I imagine I will be sore tomorrow. Bodysaw was rough, feet were in my blast straps. Felt like I was goingg to die, gonna keep doing them. Good session, got some volume and got a PR. 315x4 video.

First time I did ab wheels…was on a Wednesday. Wasnt not sore…untill sunday!

Took 70m. Squats felt kinda off but I just went for it. Previous best was 4 reps so I doubled it. Noice noice, got a nice cough and everything still going on as you shall see. Bench felt kinda weak, but got the reps in, little grind but form felt good. Chins went good between sets, form was much better than the last weeks stuff. Then BW stuff to finish off ze back. Facepulls got me a nice upperback pump. Goood session, huuge PR on squats.

Incline 205x3, this thing has been stuck like the last month or so it feels like. If I did hit a PR, it was a damn grind. Itll get back on track some time.

Anyone know any good places to lift in orlando? Thinking orlando barbell might be good. In orlando for a few days.

Reverse hyper- just did 10s nd added weight until it got semi hard, then did 4x15 at like 80?

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Went to orlando barbell, was awesome. Had everything I could have wanted, bars, plates, racks, dumbbells, like powerlifting awesome. Tried the ssb cuz I have always wanted to, it was great, it really tries to fold you, but it was great. Form felt good until the last set and I did some weird shit. Ill post it tho. Deads were great, did them all from a deficit and pulled a lot of PRs, the first 415 I just stopped pulling, it moved then stopped. I surpassed my previous max from a deficit too. Thrilled. Then I blew up the quads with leg press, then reverse hyper, got a back pump and leg stuff. Awesome session, deads were great, squats were awesome, and got to chat with Brian Schwab for a while. Amazing day.

Coolest gym ever. I really wanna go back for an upper body session.
