Took 90m. Did a shit ton of incline bench, like 81 reps I think. Felt like being csulli. The 195 set was good until the last rep, which was a grinder. But its a PR. The facepulls between for a warm up. Chinups were a volume PR.
Rows were friggen awesome today at a lighter weight, got a hyuuge mid back squeeze and pump. Facepulls were better paused, really felt the back working. Pushdowns gave the triceps a hyooge pump too. Whenever I miss its like the last 4-6 inches on bench so I figured triceps would be a good thing. Pullaparts cuz my girlfrahn wanted to look at my back cuz she likes it. Im not complaining. Good session.
