Took 50m ish. Starting a deload week amist all the recent PR’s. Was like 6 weeks since the last, so I guess ill kee it easier. Everything was pretty easy. Got a mild pump on stuff, felt damn good after. Generally it seems like 5-8 weeks between deloads, overkill? Idk but I feel pretty damn good most the time, so hopefully I do it before I need it. Maybe it will help me stay healthier, maybe not. Wont know until years go by. Yay pictures during deloads go!

Front squat- barx10, 95x10, 135x10
Suitcase hold- 105 3x30s each
Pushup fallouts- 3x10
Hip externals with band- x50
Band tke- 2x10
Took half an hour. Bottom position just felt tight squatting. Meh. Got a mild back pump during sumo, and quad during squats. The suitcase and fallouts were some good trunk work. Deload yay! Not really. Kinda meh, but good mental break.

Squat- barx10, 95x10, 135x10, 185x10
Ring pushups- 3x8
Chinups- 3x5
Facepulls- 55 3x10
Took 30m. Last day of the deload kinda sorta, Sunday is go time. Nothin special, just light stuff for some easy reps. Got press on Sunday, gonnnnn get it.

First three sets superset with band facepulls 3x10
Ring pushups- BWx10, x10, x8, x7, x7, x6 then like 5 seconds later x2 (50 reps) 2m rest
Chinups superset with press and pushups- 8x4
Chest supported rows- 135 5x10 barely
Facepulls- 55 4x15 superset with pushudowns- silver 4x20
Took 65m. Press just felt heavy after 115, one rep off a PR tho. 8 reps is a PR, and I got 7, o dang. Not too bad pressing tho, facepulls really warm you up as well with pressing. Pushups gave my tits a large pump, then they felt large. Chins werent too bad, coulda done another set at least but they were gettng hard. Rows felt really hard today for some reason, had to like rest pause them just to get them done. Got a good squeeze on everthing between the scaps. Facepulls were good, I like using my pulley setup for these. Feel a lot of upper back. Pushdowns were tough cuz I went to a higher band. Much more difficult. Press in video.

Chins were easy and felt the ol back workin pretty good. Deads were easy, tried holding my breath because it is only 3 reps. Worked pretty well but gets me super out of breath (no shit huh). Rows were decent, first three sets felt decent with like a 2m rest, then the last set kicked my ass and needed to take pauses at the bottom to get the last 3. Band stuff for ze pump and sutffz. Good session, liked the full body this time and back skwattin. Gonna post waaay too many videos this time.[/quote]
I have good results w. Gettin tight and hold in breathe for 1-3 reps. Sometimes 5 reps on rows only. I feel stronger and hold better form.

Took 75m. Did two main lifts for like the whole time. Squats felt good until the actual heavy set, 315 was good the first rep, second one was a nice goodmorning. Coulda kept going but form was shitty, so called it then. The paused 295 was like 1.5-2s, so thats the heaviest paused rep I have done. 275 was the heaviest paused doubles I have done as well. Yay for bullshit PR’s. Then a higher rep set to fuck my legs and lungs over. Deads were good, felt like seeing how much I could do. It was weird cuz every first rep the weight drifted forward on me, so I kept changing hand and foot positions to no avail. The back off sets were good, felt my back and hamstrings screaming. Mainly mid to upper back though, I remember reading that these are just like a leg press with the weight in your hands. Shit that is just stupid. The fallouts friggen killed my whole trunk, these are ridiculous. Good session.
