Trying to Bulk Up


I feel like my chest is a major weak point, and I’m not worried so much about definition right now since i’m trying to bulk but here goes
I’m 5’11 and around 146
My overall goal is to get somewhere in bodybuilding, but currently i’m competing and training for powerlifting since I do that as well
My powerlifting lifts are
Bench press (touch and go) 225 - Bench with a pause at competition was 205
Squat Max - 230
Deadlift Max - 350

You should Google the word “Food” that would help alot most likely if you can find out about eating.

Yeah, I’ve gone up around 20 lbs since last January in size. I think it all went to my legs and back though. haha Trying to keep up with my persistance.

pound for pound your pretty strong

you look good dude for a normal person, your lean and athletic looking but you are skinny as fuck for a body builder, you would need to be like 200lbs+ at that height to get the body builder look
