18 Year Old Powerlifter 220 lbs


I been training about 3 1/2 years now, was about 180 lbs and pretty overweight and chubby before, I’m about 6’ and train mostly with just heavy free weights for low reps with a little hypertrophy work thrown in the end, I eat a lot of calories, usually in the 5000-7000 range and I’m stronger than I look, I’m guessing I will fill out more as I age.

As of now I am completely natural. My lifts listed are gym lifts as every meet I’ve done so far I’ve had extremely bad luck with injury and illness.

Lifts
Squat - 555
Bench - 365
Deadlift - 635 (Mostly due to my extremely long gorilla arms)

Wheels (This is where I store most the fat on my body, but I have decent size and its easily my strongest bodypart, especially my hamstrings and glutes)

Looking good man,You lookas strong as your lifts indicate IMO
