Just found out my night protein has aspartame in it. I hear this stuff is bad. Why?
The aspartame is probably fine, though sucrolose (Splenda) is better. But “night protein” is a scam. Read T-mag’s “Bedtime Story” article by John Berardi.
It’s not bad! That is media BS. The studies that show it is “bad” were done on rats using what would be up to 70lbs of Aspartame for a human in a year! FYI it is in almost all MRP’s and Diet Soda’s.
Just curious, but what are the proteins listed in the “night protien”.
Milk isolate, egg, whey conentrate, calcium caseinate, and sodium caseinate. MetRx Protein Plus. I know: Blasphemy!!! But, it’s affordable.
