Thanks. I was concerned no one would get it.
I was legitimately laughing out loud in my office.
So this is a lot. Over the course of the week you’re doing 57 sets for legs minimum. How long have you been doing this and what has lead you to believe that you require that kind of volume to grow?
Like I said I ve tried everything and this actually works abit
Didn’t you say earlier that you can’t get your legs in proportion?
If this works, why are you asking for advice?
Okay so heres the thing its the only thing that works…but not as much as I want it to…like I said my upper body Responds better than my legs
I want my strength to increase faster than it is and my biceps to respond better to training. Unfortunately that’s not how this works. You experiment with what works best for you that you will stick with and if you’re patient enough gains will come
I’m not saying I agree with your routine or think it’s the best possible way but if it’s working for you why not keep milking it until it stops working?
Also this has probably already been said but a picture would help see these “underdeveloped” legs with an upper body that is responding well. It very well may be that this is all in your head
Where are the pics you were uploading?
They don’t look overly disproportionate to me. Bit of an awkward photo angle so hard to tell for sure. Just keep plugging away.
I m not at home…will send more pics later🙏
crickets chirping intensifies
You look proportional to me.
you think so? Well I must be just paranoid then…but I have been eating more this week gained about 2kgs…
You look proportional bro. From what I have seen, most Chinese/East Asians have good lower body genetics. So, make sure you specify it when you say “Asian.” In the eyes of clueless Americans, every Asian is automatically Chinese or East Asian.
From Malay/Indonesia by any chance? I am from there as well
Wait–all Asians ain’t Chinapersons? As an Americanperson, I’m shocked.
Wait wait, when we say “Americans”, do we mean North Americans, Central Americans or South Americans?
