Hi guys, not totally sure if this is the right place to post this but I need to get soft tissue work done. I’ve been considering trying Active Release Technique (ART) since I’ve heard some good things about it but am not totally set on it.
Does anyone a recommendation for good massage therapist or ART practitioner in the Portland, Oregon area?
