Aromatase Inhibitor and HCG Necessary

Not saying I’m planning on going on this cycle, but obviously it’s a very light cycle. Has anyone experimented with a cycle this light? Are any strength/size gains, even minor gains to be expected? Also, would HCG be needed to restart testosterone production for such a light cycle or could it be possible for it to recover on it’s own?

Thanks.

Are you on HRT or just wanting to stick yourself? Have you had lab work done?

Read the stickies and yes you will have good gains if you lift consistently and eat in a disciplined fashion. 12.5mg of exemestane/aromasin every day depending on your lab numbers (read the stickies.)

Read about hair thinning and decide if you want to mess with your libido as well. These are things that you won’t know what will happen for certain until you jump in and is why I mentioned the stickies.

Yeah. My testosterone levels are pretty low actually, about 300. I’ve actually thought about even getting a legal prescription though I would probably only be given weak sauce stuff like androgel.

I’ll check out the stickies. I was thinking maybe using minoxidil would balance out the hair loss issues.

You can ask for depot/cypionate and let doctor know you don’t want the gel. Read stickies about finding doctor that will work for you.

Are you working out in home gym or do you have anyone that knows how to properly make the lifts you are wanting to perfect?

The minoxidil is also marketed as Rogaine and I have read that there are some side effects that are not good. Also it isn’t a 100% foolproof solution. You inherit your mother’s father’s hair genetics, so what does his hairline look like?

My dad is 61 and he never lost all of his hair. His hair line just receded and thinned. I work out in a commercial gym. I feel confident with my current lifting program and am myself a certified trainer.

There is some genetic association with your father’s hairline, but the majority of genes related to hair-loss are carried on the X-chromosome. Assuming you are male, you inherited your X-chromosome from your mother. Look at the males in your mother’s immediate family for a better hint about your genetics.

I said look at your mother’s father. Besides your dad isn’t on HRT is he? Anyone else in your family that might give a glimpse of what to expect adding testosterone. How long have you been a certified trainer and how long does that take to get a license?

Anyway just read as much as you can on:

Well, I think my mother’s father may have been bald. Never met him though but I asked my mother. Nobody else has been on HRT as far as I know so it’s hard to know for sure what the results would be.

I’ve been a trainer for about 2 years, how long it takes to become get a certification depends. You can get a crappy online cert in a couple weeks. The CSCS, what I have on the other hand requires a college degree. Still, the cert doesn’t matter that much. I’ve met amazing trainers with no certification or exercise related degree.

I appreciate the resources. I’ll check them out.
