Arnold's Clone (Not)

This was me taken at 142 lbs about 3 months ago. I’m 150 now, everything looks the same except tri’s and shoulders are a tad bigger. I’ve been lifting for about 2 years, really got serious about it a year and a half ago. How do I look? What should I work on? I know arms, I have like sewing needle limbs  What else? Any recommendations for building mass besides the obvious (eating a shitload etc).

PS - I’ve crafted this new split, what do you guys think?

Sunday- Back/Biceps

Monday- Legs/Abs

Tuesday - Chest

Wednesday - Plyometrics/abs/outside cardio (HIIT)

Thursday - Shoulders/triceps

Friday - Powerlifting

Saturday - Elliptical Cardio/Abs/Triceps

Thanks guys!

You’ve shown 1/3 of your physique.

Legs and back?

Seem to be on the right track. How tall are you?

I’m 5’9, and thanks : )

I’ll get some back/leg photos up tomorrow, I need to find my camera

FUCK! Take all the necessary photos BEFORE you create a new thread please.

(curses more)

Ok…ok I’m done…ok…If I were you I’d DEFINITELY be doing biceps at least twice per week, and make sure all your power lifts are done on a bosu ball.

Get rid of the chode fro.

lol

I guess I’ll be the one to assume u’re not a troll and give you some advice.

Eat more, Workout less

Your split is horrendous. Working out way too much. 5 days is usually considered to be the most one wants to work out in a 7 day period… furthermore mixing the bodybuilding training with plyos and powerlifting is just to fry your CNS…

you are trying to do too many things at once and will end up not getting too much better at any of them… you will see far better gains if you stick to one goal which i say should be bodybuilding

i would try a five day split… take out plyos , powerlifting, and cardio…

also post ur exercise selection… you shouldn’t have enough energy to work out 7 days in a row if you are putting in the right amount of effort at the gym
