My real question is: Will Dexter get a repeat at the O? or are we privy to the reign of the Wolf? My money is on Dennis.

Not meaning to hi jack the thread, since the topic is about the Arnold Classic, but Wolf? Im a huge Wolf fan and love his build but, I don’t think his time will come this year. The improvements he made last year weren’t that extreme like everyone thought. His improvements were actually almost not noticable due to over dieting. I feel he had a much better showing in '07. I don’t feel that Dexter will repeat, because Vic and Phil heath will be too much to handle. Lets not forget Kai either.

It was all in the Chad that ruined Wolf. The man would boast about taking in 1200g of carbs a day because his body burned them up. “My metabolism is very fast, I simply burn it up” he said in his thick German accent. I mean Im not Chad ‘Mofuckin’ Nicholls but that was a bad call to run Wolf at little to no carbs to dial in him in that extra bit. Well see if he ever makes it. Lets hope they haven’t put a glass ceiling on him. [/quote]

Very true. I seen that he (Wolf) has commented on his showing at last years O. He said he would never go low carb again and that it was a big mistake. Although I don’t think that this is his year, I’m confident he can be Mr. O some time in the future.

What I think WILL happen

  1. Vic
  2. Kai
  3. Toney
  4. Silvio
  5. Branch
  6. James

What SHOULD happen

  1. Toney
  2. Kai
  3. Vic
  4. Branch
  5. James
  6. Silvio
