so you:
-have the same genetics
-have the same recovery capacity
-are on the same drugs
-eat the same diet
-have the same sleep schedule
as CT Fletcher? who CLAIMS (key word is claims btw) to train arms everyday?
fascinating
he and branch warren/joj really aren’t doing dumb and impressionable kids any favors
I didn’t see anyone write any of those things. Maybe I don’t read as well as I used to though.
Do you know how many powerlifters will tell you they do at least 100 band leg curls every day or pullaparts or tricep pushdowns or whatever? Everyone I’ve heard from whose done something similar has been better off for it doing the exact same low intensity, light weight, high rep type stuff the OP mentioned. CT Fletcher isn’t the only man in the world to try doing anything everyday, and you have no idea if you need his or anyone else’s genetics, sleep schedule, drugs, or diet in order to derive benefit from attacking something every day.
This is a moot point of course since the OP hasn’t been heard from in months, but I just wanted to chime in that I think you’re full of shit.

Mike piena, I think that’s his name, said something similar. Said he had terrible arms, so he started training them every time he stepped foot in the gym. Obviously he’s had supplemental assistance, but I’ve upped the frequency of my arm work and seen a benefit. I’m not bombing them every day, but using normal weight for a few sets and getting a nice pump. I don’t think it interferes with Nytjing else. I’ll do more sets if I’m working legs the next day and less if I have an upper body workout the following day. Just be smart and try it out.

I normally do not mind your ‘i know everything’ attitude because mainly you are giving advice or criticism to people on this site who really are not all developed or accomplished and if you are who you claimed to be a while back, then yeah you do know a little something about this game called bodybuilding.
That being said, when you start dogging guys like CT and Branch who are well more accomplished in this field than you are currently, because you disagree with their message, I am going to call you out. You got into contest shape once with the help of a good diet coach and drugs, congrats. Stop actiing like you are an authority and dogging everybody that has a view different than yours.
Also, a while back, TC did an article about basically just focusing on arms 5 days a week or something. Putting everything else on the back burner for a month. All about priorities. When he went back to his squat, dead, etc everything was as he left it. He had success with that.

lol do u even lift?
Lol, of course I do, you just don’t know me. I’ve seen your leaned out pics, nice work, but besides that mostly all I see you do is cry like a worried mother that someone is going to get injured doing something. Like fucking everything to you is “dangerous”. I don’t think YOU do dumb, impressionable kids any favors by telling them not to lift like a man.
Every motherfucking time I was in the motherfucking gym I was pumping motherfucking arms! Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday-- Hell, i even made up a day I like to call Zansday just to train some more motherfucking arms!! My son came in the garage while I was curling and he was like, “Dad, my eyeball fell out!” I was like, " Nope! Urrrgh-- 15 more sets son, don’t Fuck up daddy’s concentration!"

Just take on another example. Cyclists, they do train everyday, about 6 hours, and they have massive legs. It seems that with proper recovery you can train everyday the same muscle group. Either way, i’ll do it and will report the results
Pssssssst. Hey. So. Ya wanna get big? Really? OK. I got da dope. This is it. Ready?
Back and legs. Back and legs. Back and legs. Focus on that. Not some pissy mirror muscle cross fit horse shit bicep program.
There are lots of guys I see in my gym, all young under 25’s. They have, relatively speaking, “big” biceps and train them every session. They are “big” because the get hit a lot and everything else is small. So they look like big guns. But stand back and look at the package and they have no lats, chicken legs and disappear when they turn sideways.
Back and legs. Back and legs. Your broceps will tag along growth wise.

Oh snap i missed that day at BB orientation when they told us that working your legs increases your bicep…
