Now,to ALL forumites,no matter whether you see eye-to-eye with my thoughts-I ask you,was this necessary?
But no,I seem to be the one marked out as a troublemaker…
you’re an ass clown who does nothing to contribute to ANY conversation you partake in. Along with that, if you take offense to things written by others on the internet, you have issues. This is asking about arm size, not your fucking TMA opinion. please go OD on some depression meds. thank you come again.
Thanks for that shockingly insensitive post.
I cannot believe that I have had posts and threads deleted or edited, yet posts telling me to go kill myself are allowed, especially as I have posted before on my past struggle with depression and suicide.
It really has put things into perspective, and I will be deleting my account,as there is nothing here for me anymore.

Seriously, if you were in a gym instead of an internet forum, what would you do at the water cooler if someone disagreed with you? You either argue( or discuss) your different opinion and go back to working out. It is the same here.

Every single time one of these guys log on acting like muscles will hinder their progress I call bullshit. Every blackbelt I have known who was truly impressive in the Houston area had some size on them. I just haven’t met these guys who try to stay as skinny as possible…mostly because many of the guys they are training are also pretty sizable so being weak would be a huge disadvantage.
They may not be my size, but they damn sure aren’t “150lbs” nor do they have small biceps.
Id have to agree there again, most of the black belts at Shotokan here in OZ that I used to train with ranged from around 75kg to 120kg. The lighter guys wanted to stay light because they could stay in lower weight classes but thats understandable because of their height; about 5 foot 7.
However the heavier guys were by no means heavily disadvantaged when it came to there speed or agility. Luke, a 4th dan at 6"3 105kg could move just as well as me at 5"11 83kg. Do you think I was jealous much??
I like how everyone who is not big, says that if you get big you’ll be slow. Well get big and tell us if you get slow, until then I think ya’ll should listen to the already big guys if it actually makes you slow.
Yes, partly based on you mentioning that a “true” arm measurement should include a delineation between the biceps and triceps and that fatties like me with Burger King arms should not consider my arm measurement a “true” measurement.
Many on the 17 and 18 inch arm thread who posted pics do not meet the said criteria. Also I apologized for posting my pic on the 17 inch arm tread because of what you mentioned as true arm size.

See, that doesn’t answer my question. In nearly every post that you put up ANYWHERE you mention either how fat you are/were or how you can eat more than 7,000cals a day without even trying. You are either looking for attention…or help with an eating disorder. Which is it?
No, some of those guys may not be that lean but what do you think someone looks like when their goal is to gain a shit load of muscle mass and they bulk up to do it? You claimed 40% body fat. Unless you see someone else in this thread who is that heavy, why are you so worried about it?
When I first hit 17" arms they were not completely ripped either. That was a necessary evil for me to build them much bigger than that. Some can stay leaner and gain optimal muscle mass. Not everyone is going to gain optimally by worrying constantly about being under 10% body fat.

I vote for eating disorder so that I can claim I am not responsible for my own stupidity and weak mindedness.

Although I realize your post is a joke, just know that it is quite an issue in these modern times.
The “Medicalization of Deviance” --if you do something wrong it must be a medical problem…kill someone ?? medical problem…get really fat ?, medical problem…beat your wife ??, medical problem…kid cant behave in class ??, medical problem.
They just throw antidepressants, amphetamines, and all kinds of crazy shit at people and kids like candy.
Everything is now treatable with modern “vodoo, magic, medicine, etc.”
Its a plight upon us all.
Welcome to America. No one takes responsibility for anything.
A little bit of both I reckon? I know many people supposedly have great physiques (based on their talk/typing), but why do they NOT post any pics? I don’t think cropping out distinguishing factors - such as faces or even tattoos would be too hard for people who already are on the Internet and posting regularly.

So now you are calling people out? You know, that is pretty ineffective without naming anyone specifically which also makes you look a tad like a pussy. Since we all know you aren’t one, who were you speaking of?
