I drink milk, like 3 gallons in 2 days, and my arms are 23"
Oh wait, sorry, that’s the measurement of my shirt sleeves
you ever try the gallon milk in a hour challenge?
I drank 2.5 litres in half hour… I was literally pissing out milk. I was quite scared lol
I did it with skim milk at lunch once. I finished in like. A half hour. I lost a bet senior year of high school and had to.
it wasn’t bad and I got ten dollars.
But does skim count in that challenge of does it have to be full fat? I used the “milk is milk” loophole. Lol
Semi skimmed minimum requirement. Did it have the same effect on you? I don’t even think 2.5 litres count for me considering i pissed it out quite soon after… kinda the same as being sick
Edited for quoting disability
No ill effects on me. It was just like drinking a gallon of water. I peed a lot but it was pee not milk. No sick feeling either. Just that weird “stomach full of water” feeling and looking pregnant for a few hours.

Well my waist is 30 inches (bloated) and my shoulders are almost 60 inches.
Then again my wrists are about 5 inches and my arms are over 17 inches.
It’s about bone structure i guess.
Okay, I can’t tell if you’re joking or not.
I was actually being dead ass serious. I have no pictures as of this year and i don’t plan on taking any until July.
However i have a few progress pics i have taken since i joined this site… My arm progress is in my hub but i will get a pic which also shows my wrist. I’m telling you it looks like i have freaking KFC drum sticks attached to my elbows.
I’m 5 11" and nowhere near 230 lbs but my waist to shoulder ratio is legit.

Damn man, that’s crazy.
Do you plan on posting these progress pics? If so, I’d definitely be interested to see them.
Changing the workout could definitely be a good idea, but more than likely only one part of the plan. Diet is very important as well. The best thing I would say is start adding 2 high intensity interval training workouts a week. Either sprinting or jumping rope. If you don’t do that then switch to 3 full body workouts a week. M/W/F and circuit train between the exercises. For example one set of Squats, one set of Bench, one set of Rows, one set of leg curls, one set of situps, one set of tricep presses, one set of curls, ones set of calf raises, and one set of shrugs. Repeat that 4 times for a total of 5 circuit sets.

wow, I am truly amazed you guys still say you can’t gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Are you telling me, if you take advantage of all the current supplements out there, ie… the newest forms of bcaa and best protein powders. are you kidding me. get out of the dark ages people. On this very site, they are saying with their newest supplement, you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. are you saying this site is lying? I have done it many times. i have known many guys who have done it. I think guys here just like to perpetuate that myth.
And the you got bored with it all and just decided to get fat again. I see. To each their own i guess

If you’re a newbie, you might be able to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Otherwise, unless you’re a genetic outlier, you won’t see optimal progress trying to do both. That’s not to say it’s impossible, just that you will make bigger gains in the long run by following the traditional bulk/cut cycle.

Ok, that is true. You won’t make max gains in size or getting lean, if you try to do both. But, doing both can be done. thats all i was saying.

There was an article on this site awhile back. Not sure who wrote it. But it talked about “spot reducing” and the fact that you could do it. Arnold beleived it could be done years ago. for years, experts said it was impossible. But i remember on this site, they talked about real world results and that spot reduction was indeed possible.
and just cause someone competes, doesn’t make them any more knowledgable than anyone else.
But they would have the knowledge that comes from the experience of competing, no?

Arnold believed a lot of things that shouldn’t be followed by most people seeking muscular gains. We all know someone who seems to do ‘everything wrong’ and yet is still a beast.

Totally agree with you on this one. If you want ripped and lean arms, get the diet in order and drop some lbs.
