Lol at the first few pages of discussion with the guy calling Stu an idiot and arguing with H4M AND Ebomb.

If your body handles it well, milk is fine…I’m not the leanest guy here, but at 5’10 230 lbs I still have a 32 inch waist drinking about 2 gallons every 3 days.
5’10’’ 230 with a 32 inch waist? Damn, got any pics?

I have learned that other people’s concept of a waist measurement is way different than mine.
I had one guy who is clearly about 25% body fat claim a 38" waist last night.
That is one thing the military clears up real quick seeing as they ONLY measure at the level of the belly button.
A 32" waist with those stats would look like an NPC pro.

Exactly what I was thinking.
A true waist measurement is at the belly button with no sucking in.
5’10’', 230, 32 inch waist would pretty much mean this guy is a genetic freak or a contest condition bodybuilder as you said.

He posted a pic in that Hallowed meme thread. Pretty big dude - waist didn’t look fat.

It also didn’t look 32"…which is VERY LEAN for someone who is my height at 230lbs.
I have no idea what it actually measures - just an observation based on his appearance.

We have no clue what it measures either and no one was calling him a fat ass…but I know for a fact that if I were to write a stat like that, everyone and their illegit babies would be logging on to challenge me on it.

Nah - you’re lean enough now where that’s not really a stretch.
Great thread. A worthless topic that was almost destroyed by a dumbass was salvaged into a informative discussion on a hotly debated topic.

Hmm, alright.
I’ve been putting down about half a gallon a day the whole time between 130 and 190, and hadn’t really noticed the problems a lot of people have. Whenever I cut I wonder if cutting out all that dairy will make a big difference as far as the “dairy bloat” lots of people say they get. (obviously, I can’t really distinguish this unless I cut the dairy but keep cals the same, which I’m not going to do)
Based on the pic overstand posted in another thread I highly doubt he has a 32" waist.

Don’t know about the discussion being destroyed, but that poster’s credibility most certainly was…

Dude, I kept milk in for years. I don’t now because I’m not flat broke as a college student.
No one expects everyone to be buying 10 dollar steaks and 400 dollar supplements all of the time.
I can AFFORD to eat differently now. That doesn’t mean milk is bad. It helped for the time I used it. I’m not under 200lbs anymore though and am not just working on building a solid base of size…and there are now way more alternatives for protein than there used to be.
I’ll clarify, I wear a size 32 jeans. I’ve never actually measured with a tape.
And I’m not a genetic freak, but I openly admit I use AAS. I will post better pictures after my current cycle. I’m on 60mg of dbol and holding a shitload of water so I look fatter than I really am.

No one was calling you fat. You also are bigger than many here so no one is acting like you haven’t made great progress. I just know what 32" looks like on someone that height, but who knows. Maybe you just posted a pic with bad lighting.

Dude the size of your jeans means absolutely nothing. I could sit here and say I wear a size XXXL T-Shirt but that doesn’t mean it fits. stick with real measurements when trying to make a point please.

LOL.
If my waist was a true 32"…I would troll myself. I would post pictures of myself until I got sick of it.
