I have been in zero street fights. I have been in no less than three situations where I needed to use self-defense or defend someone else. Oddly, it all happened when I was in my early 20s.
I’ve been in 2 sanctioned MMA fights and 13 sanctioned grappling matches.
I’ve never cared to know if I’m strongest in gym, and don’t know how I could ever figure it out at 24 hour gym. I lift at home now, but in my early to mid 20s, every time I put three plates on a squat, people acted shocked. In my mind, that’s the entry for being strong. I rack pulled 655 from just below my knee and that got attention from people around at the time too. I would never consider myself strong tho, because I’ve never been interested in being a strength athlete. I do know I could throw a baseball harder or hit a baseball further than anyone in my gyms.
