Stu is one of the most accomplished lifters here, and he agreed with you so you should be feeling pretty validated right now. This chart is like me telling everyone I’m Pocahontas. That’s pretty damn stupid.
That’s what I’m saying though. That’s the school’s standard and your standard. Some people have lower ones, others have higher ones. If you hang around meth heads, their standards are pretty damn low. If you hang around the people in the 1%, their standards (on certain things) are probably going to be pretty high. That’s all I’m getting at. Your elite will always be someone else’s average and that’s why things like this exist. If you live your whole life thinking a C is the standard, you have no reason to push for an A, but once those around you have A’s as a standard, you push for an A and beyond.

Just a hint. Peaking strength takes a couple of months. Size takes YEARS to achieve.
