Are These Side Effects from HCG and/or Anastrozole?

Just setup a fake account for that group ? Or follow lifting dermatologist on YouTube and that’s good enough

I’ll try to share new findings here friend.

I’m confused what are you asking him?

Honestly estradiol levels don’t need to be tracked if you understand why and if not on ai. What’s the point? End of day we will adjust free t until we feel good.

Regardless of e2 ranges in young men we know they have zero issues. That should be enough to double solidify the notion our body is it’s own captain. Feed it and it does what it needs.

Hi dbossa. Thank you and yeti for the help you give to others, it is priceless. Simple question, i used to take hcg 500ui 2x per week, with 125mg test enanthate injected daily. Howether my bloodworks come back with free t at 149pmol/L ( range 30 - 189 ) and e2 121 (20-50). I do not feel good at all as you can believe. I dropped the hcg this week, i want to increase my dose but i dnk by how much since my free t is not that high with 125mg, and because dropping hcg will also cause a drop. What do you thing good dosage for me? Thank you !

125 mg daily ? That’s insane . Are you sure ? Your test should be on the fucking moon right now

No sorry i meant 125mg weekly divided into daily doses

If you just dropped the HCG. I would not increase dose yet. Or else you don’t know what helped you feel better. Wait a few weeks see how you feel.

If HCG cause your e2 to go up, then stopping it will cause your e2 to come down and that should increase your free t.

@jeromefrance I would have to respectfully disagree with what @charlie12 is saying here.

Your free T currently calculates to 4 ng/dL which doesn’t make sense considering your range would be 1-5 ng/dL. To put things into perspective, my free T is 28 ng/dL. In any case, you would be a little bit higher than the clinical range and this is WITH HCG. You need more testosterone. Lowering your dose after you stop HCG is going to make you feel worse. In my opinion, your dose should be closer to 200mg/week.

Ok thank you and thank to charlie for your advices. Yes i think dropping hcg will make my test levels drop also and my e2 levels. So i will try 175mg per week of testosterone injected with daily doses. I think this is a nice compromise to begin with and see how i feel in 5 weeks.

@jeromefrance c’est quoi? On vois seulement un petit parti de l’image.

It is my free testosterone blood work with 125mg per week and 2x 500 ui hcg
N = ranges
I dropped hcg since our discussion and increase my dose. This morning i got a strong morning Wood.
I think this means i am on the good track.
Its been almost two years i have been looking for advices on many forums about trt, two years not feeling that good and tired mid day, and i think you are god send for me. If it does not bother you i really would like to stay in contact with you dbossa, if you have skype or something, i would be really thankfull

Daily dosing is entirely a different animal, you cannot go from 125mg once weekly to splitting it up daily. Daily dosing close to 20mg daily will produce supraphysiological levels. Most men can get into the high normal ranges <15mg daily.

I’m curious. I see 149.2 pmol/l and 43.0 pg/ml. Technically 149.2 pmol/L would convert to 40.64 pg/mL (not 43). Still, that’s a Free T of about 4 ng/dL… That would definitely explain why you would feel like crap.

Here’s the other thing: Say you get someone’s total testosterone levels to hit 1000 ng/dL using high doses of HCG and you get another guy to hit the same level using exogenous testosterone. Even though they both have the same levels, the guy taking testosterone will feel MUCH better than the guy taking HCG. I don’t know why this occurs but every single doctor that I talk to tells me the same thing.

I would guess the E2 is higher in the HCG guy, and if it upsets his ratio he’s not as good. Ratio seems to be coming up in the studies that I’m reading, when it is out of line you are less good in general.

Can you explain the math here? Why would 20mg/day = 140mg/wk produce “superphysiological levels” if 125mg/wk does not? 15mg/d is 105mg/wk which seems like a pretty low dose. Does daily dosing really change the equation that much?

Haha kind of hope so. That is what I am running currently and would be fun to get a little mini blast under Dr. supervision accidentally if its true that it would put you supra-physiological. We will see lol.

This is the biggest piece of BS I’ve seen on this forum. It used to be from the guy that said that regularly altering his dose helps to improve libido (nonsense) but this one takes the cake.

You think 20mg a day produces supraphysiological levels? Explain how I’m taking 35mg a day and my total testosterone is 1035?

@systemlord my gut tells me you’re a doc… and you have a potential. But holy crap every now and then you say something that just blows my mind.

Spoiler alert: I don’t know a single man that feels ‘optimized’ within the clinical range. I guess that means they are all on ‘steroids’?

Sign me up for steroids if it makes me feel back to normal or better than normal. I don’t care what it’s called.

Your levels peak within 48 hours, you are injecting every 24 hours and levels are very steady with almost no decline between injections therefore levels that do not decline tend to rise instead. When you inject once weekly, you are having to compensate with a higher dosage do to the decline in levels that happens between injections.

Quite the compliment, but I’m not a doctor, just a guy who spends a lot of time helping others.
