Okay was just looking at published programs but none of them were offering enough volume. I have no trouble recovering and doing many many sets, so might as well use this ability. So though i’d design my own three way:

split, with six sessions per week performing each session twice. My training session tonight will look like this: It’s about 50 sets and will take me an hour and a half or so:
Workout A) Chest / Shoulders/ Arms
A) Flat Bench Press
3 reps — working up to the maximum weight where the bar speed slows down…
ala “the perfect rep” that i’ve just seen on the “I bodybuilder program” on here whilst I was browsing around
B) Standing Overhead Press

D) Dumbell Front raises
4 x 10 - 15
E) Shoulder Rear delt Plate loaded machine
4 x 20 reps
F) Pec-Dec
4 x 20 reps +

G) Barbell Curl using perfect rep principle
H) Alternating Hammer Curls 4 x 10-12 reps each side
I) Skull Cruchers 4 x 10-12 Reps
J) Tricep Pushdowns 4 x10-12 reps
K) Machine Preacher Curls using perfect rep method
L) Flat Barbell Wrist Curls. 4x 10-12

50 sets? In one session? lulz
I repeat: So is it widely accepted that this guy’s a troll yet? He claims a 5-hundo dead with a vid that doesn’t add up to 5-hundo, claims to have put 70lbs on his bench in a week but then says it was really 25, claims to squat 4 plates to parallel but puts up a vid of a 3 plate quarter squat then claims that one of those reps hit the safety bars when he was at least 10" away from the bars on all reps and claims to eat an entire chocolate cake post workout and have been lifting for only 2 months and people are buying this?

Fatty, I knew there was a reason that I liked you. Castlevania SotN for the win.
And E-Bomb, I didn’t want to put you on spot but I figured in light of all the squat controversy in the thread, and apparently people thinking you’re a noob (?!), it’d be a good thing to throw up there.
Haha, no worries man.
Hopefully the vid will do some good for the thread and OP.

Since we’re trying to drag this thread out…
I just looked at my squat video and my depth puts my butt at about 5 inches from the ground. Is there any reason I shouldn’t go that deep? My weakness isn’t coming out of the hole but coming up from parallel.
If your lumbar spine is still in lordosis and not rounded, then go low.
How do your knees feel at this depth?
BBB
I don’t think I have any rounding going on and my knees aren’t bothered at all. I don’t see that depth on the squat videos I’ve been looking at so I was wondering. My knees are happier when I go low and I have a hard time not going that low.
I’m going to take another video this afternoon with a better view of my back to look for rounding.
Hey OP, you’re heaps taller than me too - can you tell me the 50 set exercise program you did to get that tall?
You’re still here ‘defending’ yourself after you said about 10 pages and 10 times ago that you were done. I’m pretty sure you just like the controversy, No?
I’ve never written this before, but ‘LOL’. I’ll check back in another 3 or 4 days and i’m sure you’ll still be here enjoying it. Peace.

Okay a five hundo deadlift when it totalled 477…
70 lbs on my bench in a week when you account for using a powerlifting style 25 when it’s only a normal flat-bench
It was actually a 4 plate squat… I have the front half of the vid where I count the plates before I had to edit it down if you want to see that because the file size was 109mb originally.
And I gave a pic of the demolished choc cake earlier on…
Hell not to mention that I have bigger arms than most on here will ever reach.
But it doesn’t really matter anymore no?

Also you only weigh 180lbs… and no doubt have 15 inch guns, no? (it says in your profile that you weigh 180)

To the OP, Start a new account with a new user name and location, then read, read, and read some more, and don’t post until you have a serious question. Do not give yourself away with any posts about your great accomplishments. If you follow this advice, you just might not waste your genetic potential.

Perhaps not “A” troll but many trolls together.
The arrogant troll who says “wtf? aren’t you guys trying hard enough?” and “would you just take a look at my wrist measurement?”.
The lack-of-integrity troll who keeps promising videos and delivers them late, out of focus, deceptive amount of weights and comparing them to serious lifters on site.
The senseless troll that thinks it’s okay to challenge the knowledge of respected lifters like MM and Stu.
The fuck-im-good-just-ask-me troll that gloats about his achievements, in only 2 months and starts calling out random people on the internet in the hope that it actually means something or warrants merit.
I can understand why everyone is keeping this thing going. You can’t hide the fact that the OP made some big claims and can clearly do none of it. But its also clear he is strong as fuck for a beginner.
Just be humble OP, and stop talking about your ‘19’s’ and other ppl’s 15’s and so on. You have a great start on this but you are no superstar. I think you can be though.

Little over 180 and they’re 16’s. I can also jump really, high, run really fast and fuck a lot of hot bitches due to being handsome. Know what that’s like?

The “Goat” troll.
There maybe others but we haven’t seen them…yet.
Maybe he’s the kind of troll that requires a troll toll?
Dude I had 17 in arms early in my training career and I’m 5"7 your arms look tiny so I don’t get why your proud of them. Your making newbie gains which any one is capable of if they eat enough get off your high horse your far from something to brag about
