I mean, my wrists were 8.5" before I started, and the fuckers have already grown 0.5" since I did. I mean, who the fuck has 9" wrists lol? … and they are still growing… fucking crazy.
Be sure to stop before you get wrist rolls. Wrist rolls are only cute on babies under two. This kid is segmented. Maybe he was the body double for the stay puff marshmallow man.
Seeing the wrist circumference and getting an idea of your frame size definitely lends a hell of a lot more support to your starting strength levels than just assuming you work harder (whether it’s true or not)
My girlfriend’s brother easily has over 9" wrists as well as forearms that most people would mistake for legs. Some people are just going to be ‘big dudes’ whether they ever touch a weight or not (and I hate those people! -lol)

I’d like to add, that one reason I think the way i’m approaching this is best for me is simply because of my frame size, as I have already said, I have a pretty massive frame, so i’m pretty sure the rules would be different if I was another 20 year old kid with a much smaller bone-structure, who would probably look far bigger at my measurements than I do. But for this reason, I think my body actually “wants” to get bigger at the moment, and isn’t even completely naturally “filled out” yet.

My ankles are also nearly 13", LOL.
I’m probably MEANT to weight close to 300lbs.

You measured your wrists before starting a lifting program on a whim? Also, took me 20 pages to realize your name is “am i a god.”
