And of course no real answer just some stupid memes. Keeping it real, I suppose, in your own way.
Yes.
Is this a copy and paste? You all post the same things, word for word. You’re interchangeable androids.
Weighing out less harm options, like “pancreatic cancer will definitely kill me. Vioxx has a small chance of causing harm. Vioxx keeps the cancer from growing.” .
So sometimes people have to decide between certain death and treatment with the possibility of death.
If you were following along you would know that.
This is what I’ve been looking for in all your posts. So far all I’ve seen are complaints and invective. Where are your proposed solutions?
La’
Was this information given to them to make an informed choice?
Yes. See Friedrichs posts above.
Ballot Initiatives have/are making things better. Worker Co-ops have/are making things better, at least in the workplace where people spend about 1/3 of their life. More of these type of things that make life in this country far more democratic.
You did the thing!

Want to live in a democratic country…then move to a democratic country
this is a constitutional republic country
More sexy androids.
They don’t need healthcare so this could have been an engeneering thread.
With 24 hours per day, and 7 days per week, there are 168 hours per week.
Most people work 40 hours per week. (I know there are exceptions)
At best, this puts work as 1/4 of your life (and that doesn’t include vacations when they might not work at all during a week.)
The clown talks out of his ass, thats for sure
There is no science behind our work schedule. The 40 hour workweek is an “invention” from Henry Ford, in order to sell more cars (to his employees, who now had the spare time to use a car). The same phenomenon applies at work, as in training (balancing intensity, volume and frequency).
I wonder why the hell I even tried a serious response in this thread! Castronovo (I mean Castoli) will probably make use of this, in his own favour. Ah! It was Constipato (I mean Castoli) who thought of this to begin with. Ford was only stealing the idea. But wait, how old is Conspiracy (I mean Castoli) to begin with?
I don’t get your point.
Castoli estimated that Americans work 1/3 of their time.
I made a case that 1/4 of their time is a better estimate.
Unions base their negotiations with a 40-hour work week as a starting place.
What percent of the hours of a week do you believe best represents the typical American work week?
You’re absolutely right. I never meant to question this. My reply was just a reflection on why we work the way we do. This is what can happen after two glasses of wine.
