1x5 85 < so I ask the facilities manager for a spot. He’s a good guy, but he swore he wouldn’t touch the bar unless I asked, and I am pretty sure he helped on the last two reps. When I accused him, he denied it. He also said my imbalance was very noticeable as one side of the bar shoots up when I start to press. I’m working on it.
Assistance
Leg raises 2x8
db Rows 2x10 35s 2x10 30s
dips 2x6 1x5 < still really hard

Hi George,
Thanks! It’s at the RMLC again? Karen told me the spring event was at a much bigger venue and was held in conjunction with a bodybuilding show. I am totally fine with this, because I already know what it’s like since I watched you. I’m just surprised.

looks like it is at the same place. unless they forgot to update the entry form?
I don’t see anything about it on their website… but that doesn’t mean it’s not being held there.
Even 3 good reps at 85# is 2 better than I’ve ever done. Nice job! Keep on working on those dips. You’re getting after 'em.

I found the entry form on RLMC’s web site
HAHA! I just commented on your old log I think…
Anyways, to reiterate, sweet ass, great squats, awesome shorts!
Masch, ha! I got those shorts at Kohls for about $2 one day when I forgot my workout pants! Thanks!
Woo + hoo = 140 x 10 < new 10RM! Again! Third week in a row! Deadlift is improving a lot on this program. Unlike the bench.
week 3 1/28/10

lunges 1x5 1x6 1x5 1x10 12s, 12s, 12s, 15s < so a friend came to the gym to talk and I switch to alternating lunges and forgot I was doing ten on each leg, not ten total. Increased weight and went back up to 10x for the last set.
good mornings 4x10 45 < these make me pant a surprising amount with only the bar.
Happy lifting all
Excellent job on 140# for 10! I think the increased volume is helping you, instead of the 1 rep max focus you were using last year.
Thanks Kimba! I can feel those deadlifts all up and down my posterior chain today. I think this is the first time I’ve felt them in my hamstrings. Today is press day. I’m going to finish up with the texas pushup challenge. Hi Bobbi!
