Right shoulder was a little bothered, especially if I got lazy and didn’t stay tight. Which, surprise surprise, made the lift harder. With some patience and consistency I hope to do a single or two more each session.

The weight never felt heavy. Definitely felt lighter than I remember. I shouldn’t be too disappointed since I haven’t low bar squatted in forever and I feel as if I haven’t touched a weight in God knows how long. High bar definitely feels more comfortable in terms of finding that sweet spot for the bar.

Yes, I will forever be jealous.
I heard Faben once strict pressed VY Canis Majoris…then he tweaked something and all of this training is an extended deload in the interest of rehab.
