Decided to do these cuz I felt weird just going in to do curls. Pretty happy with the PR here, especially since I can’t get the DBs into proper position to start out.

Hammer curls
6x30s
6x45s
6x60s (felt EZ)
6x75s PR

I am in shock of getting 6 reps w/ the 75s lol.

EZ bar preacher curls
several sets to kill my bis.

A curl and bench session? Can’t believe you are starting off this shiny new log with a brogasmic curl sesh… Redeem yourself and go skwat or something!

Felt gooood.

fml felt dizzy midway through the squats. Finally decided to bring in a fan. That helped.

I feel you about the grip, I have dwarf hands to go along with my Gimli body. Having fingers that barely make it around the bar makes me appreciate any grip strength I can muster.

holy shit. tris are screaming.

I love doing higher rep sets of CGBP, I always get an unbelievable tri pump after. The struggle to get the last couple of reps up is always an epic one!
