Appetite Increaser?

Anyone know anything i can take to increase my appetite, i struggle to keep the intake of food as i’m never really all that hungry. Thank you

Simple carbohydrates. Things like kids cereal when eaten early make me hungrier the rest of the day.

Vitamin B is popular for increased appitite.

Tablet form you can get a nice B Complex, but you need to take quite a bit i believe.
Vit B-12 Injections are popular for increased hunger / feeling of wellbeing, but obviously this is not an option for many people.

If it is legal in your area, marijuana works nicely. If it is illegal in your area, then marijuana works well.

Agreed with Spice.

I have bad issues with appetite and used to have to take breaks during my meal once I got full. So I’d go for a quick walk, and come back with renewed appetite.

sadly I’ll never know what its like to have this problem, I dream of a day I actually need to force myself to eat more. Not sure if its being at the end of a long cut/maintenance period but I rarely ever feel full, even after absolutely disgusting eat-anything-in-the-cabinet binge nights

I’ve been like this my whole life . I can remember maybe two times that I actually didnt want more food. Its terrifying for me when I have cheat meals because I know how much i can easily pack away .

Do one of this guy’s programs, you’ll be hungry as hell all the time…

Conditioning work always drives up my appetite.

KFC maybe?

Agree with:
Marijuana
Conditioning
A grueling workout program

But also: what are you eating?

When I ate shitty, processed food, I wasn’t hungry as often. Fast food keeps you full for an unnaturally long time. Eat frequently, and eat LOTS of veggies, lean meats, and good carbs, and you’ll find that you get hungry 2-3 hours after eating. Are you skinny? Like, super skinny? Because if you are, there’s no way around it - you’ll have to eat until you’re uncomfortably full often enough to alter your stomach distensibility in order for it to take more food to give you a feeling of fullness.

There’s a lot we don’t know here. Besides the fact that the munchies are real.

Increasing your food will increase your appetite over time.

Like @MarkKO said, toughen up and eat. Do you want to reach your goals or do you want to avoid a little discomfort?

Increase salt intake, especially if you’re eating “clean”. Don’t go crazy, just salt your food and water a little bit.
