Sunday Mar 16-------------test Day
Another day going out to lift feelin like shit, becoming a habbit, I hate excuses, but here’s a couple anyway. I haven’t had a shot of test in 4 weeks, I only do 200 a week TRT, but I’ve been doing that for over 3yrs, and because of pharmacy back order, been off for 4weeks, finaly got some black market test, and took a shot on Fri, but that will take a week or two to kick in, so this might be part of NRG crissis lately. Also I usually drink 3 littler’s of milk a day, evry day, and for the last 2 and half weeks, I’ve dropped that to one litter a day, plus dropped rice and potatoes from my diet, I’m down around ten pounds, and my belt didn’t fit right today, but more on that latter

On the first and most important set, my belt slipped down to my hips on second rep, this ruined my focus, and by the fith rep, all I could feel or think about was my low back, I should have went for another hole on my belt, I should have worn my belt for atleast one warm-up set, I should have done alot of things but whatever, it is what it is.
Today was a write off, my mind was everywhere but on the workout, my ride comes at 4 to go to Ottawa, I haven’t worked out all week really ( a little shoulder’s, thinking about leaving my wife and kid, thinking about the car, thinking abouit everything. My bench sucked my deadlift sucked, my squat came out of no where, I don’t fuckin know, but there it is, and I’m off to ottawa, I won’t probably be doing much for workouts the next 3 weeks, but I will be working my ass off, and I’m bumping my test from 200 a week to 500 a week for thew next 3 weeks, though the black market test is probably weaker than medical grade, so whatever, if UI get a chance to post I will, if not see ya in 3 weeks.
I only video’d the fist set of deads, 5 reps, then the phone was full again, my daughter keeps making vids and filling it up. later
