Your deads look solid, lot of work. I can sympathize with you hovering over that engine compartment. 26 hours. I’m still sore from Tuesday and I’ll I’ve really done is hold furniture down. Well, did an hour of driveway shoveling yesterday, but no, mostly anchored the recliner with my sore ass.

Alright back to working out, little workout early this morning, after I spent an hour turning my garage back into a gym ( one of these days I’ll convince my wife, and move this stuff to the basement)

Finished workout, it was fuckin cold, then used new snow blower and did mine and 3 neighbor’s drive ways, then I went to pull my car into garage to check fluid levels one last time ( make sure all was good) and when I was pulling car into garage, knocked pasenger side mirror off of the car, hitting garage door, fuck sakes. Anyway thats the only workout I’m doing this week, I’m off to Ottawa tomorrow it looks like, weather dependant, so hopefully be able to get atleast one workout a week, then will see how I’m feelin, might drop back to 3 or mabey even just two workouts a week, when I get home in 3 weeks. I was sore and stiff this morning, so didn’t bother doing any squats, deads, or bench, just hit some weak area’s and moved on. later

Sunday Mar 16-------------test Day

Another day going out to lift feelin like shit, becoming a habbit, I hate excuses, but here’s a couple anyway. I haven’t had a shot of test in 4 weeks, I only do 200 a week TRT, but I’ve been doing that for over 3yrs, and because of pharmacy back order, been off for 4weeks, finaly got some black market test, and took a shot on Fri, but that will take a week or two to kick in, so this might be part of NRG crissis lately. Also I usually drink 3 littler’s of milk a day, evry day, and for the last 2 and half weeks, I’ve dropped that to one litter a day, plus dropped rice and potatoes from my diet, I’m down around ten pounds, and my belt didn’t fit right today, but more on that latter

On the first and most important set, my belt slipped down to my hips on second rep, this ruined my focus, and by the fith rep, all I could feel or think about was my low back, I should have went for another hole on my belt, I should have worn my belt for atleast one warm-up set, I should have done alot of things but whatever, it is what it is.

Today was a write off, my mind was everywhere but on the workout, my ride comes at 4 to go to Ottawa, I haven’t worked out all week really ( a little shoulder’s, thinking about leaving my wife and kid, thinking about the car, thinking abouit everything. My bench sucked my deadlift sucked, my squat came out of no where, I don’t fuckin know, but there it is, and I’m off to ottawa, I won’t probably be doing much for workouts the next 3 weeks, but I will be working my ass off, and I’m bumping my test from 200 a week to 500 a week for thew next 3 weeks, though the black market test is probably weaker than medical grade, so whatever, if UI get a chance to post I will, if not see ya in 3 weeks.

I only video’d the fist set of deads, 5 reps, then the phone was full again, my daughter keeps making vids and filling it up. later

Fuckin shitty day, you can’t really tell on the vid, but my belt is loose and slides down under my belly, basicaly doing nothing, not a big deal, but it cost me a couple reps for sure, anyway I’m off, hope I get to visit Nera’s gym while I’m up in Ottawa, sent them an email, and got directions and a free pass, later folks, I’m out

Sunday morning, got home late last night, didn’t touch a weight for three weeks, lost 20lbs, 14hr days, nic, and coffee, pushin a consruction crew to produce. Going to do a workout latter today, should be interesting, down to 245, almost with abs, so we’ll see where my strength is :slight_smile: Later fucker’s

2;00, Not going to be able to squeeze workout in today, just to much going on after 3 weeks away, back window of garage/gym fell in and smashed while I was away, and the yard’s a mess, as the snow all melted in my absense. Sooo… yard work, maitnance, and family time today, and tomorrow wife goes to work, daughter at school, I’ll see where I’m at with a workout, ya I’ll be sore. I’m home for a week, two at the most, and back to Ottawa, shit’s exploding there, company I’m working with is just handing me jobs, I put them through my buisness, on my paper, pay the guy’s, pay my own taxes, and kick the company back 10 points off the top, and bank the rest, too lucrative to turn down. Ran close to 100 K through my books the last 3 weeks, and managed to hang on to around 10 points myself, so good times, thinking about moving to Ottawa at this rate, mostly high end steel roofing, and some structual stuff, but they got a shit ton of work, and they’re begging me to keep taking shit off they’re hands. They’re mostly a siding company, and just want someone to be able to take the big messy jobs off they’re hands, without them having to get involved finanialy, or other wise.

Anyway, out to the yard I go, I’ll update tomorrow after my workout

Didn’t mean to sound like I was bragging above, just keep being amazed at all the great situations that arise since I’ve been sober, went to Ottawa to take an old friend up on a job offer, and due to my soberiety it turned into a smoken buisness deal, that may turn into a big move, and life changing event for me and my family. Well I’m home for a week, so I’ll do what I can, lost lots of strength it seems, lots of BW as well though, so it is a trade off. May 6 is court date, and should be back in my gym after that, so at that point a big cycle should straighten out this strength delema. I do look alot better though, I came through the door after 3 weeks away, and the first words out of my 6yr daughter’s mouth were ‘’ Dady your skinny’’ haha, probably was only taken in about 2000 calories a day realisticly for those 3 weeks, mostly fast food on the fly while working 10-14hr days, so it was a trade off, see what I can do. later

It’s okay I’m skinny now too…it’s not as cool as what people make it seem

I dont mind gettin slowly leaner… but still gaining strength n better body composition. For my body I hardly believe I want to be under 205. I have no dreams of 6 pack. Just lean n thick.

Well it looks like I may be heading back as early as this Thursday, weightlifting may be on hold for a little bit, priorities are priorities, and between now and May 6 I might as well make as much cash as possible. I’ll hopefully be back in my gym after May 6, and will be able to focus on size and strength then.

The other side of this is whats going to happen on May 6, listen to this hoarse shit, I’m on supreme court apeal bail right now, so on May 5th I have to turn myself in to jail to spend the night, then on May 6th my lawyer will be in supreme court in Toronto for my trial, I’m not allowed to be there or even know whats going on. I’ll find out that night if I’m getting realeased, and allowed back in my gym, or if the sentance is being up-held and I’m staying in jail for the year to serve out my sentance, Whew ! thats going to be a rough fucking day.

In fact the next 4 weeks leading up to that day are going to be rough, that’s the main reason I’m chomping at the bit to get back to Ottawa and working 14hr days, not walking around here with my head spinning. The only reason we’ve gone this far is small town politics, and I’m confident that this case will be thrown out by a real big city court, but it’s still alot on my mind, and I don’t feel like doing a year in jail at this point in my life, espesialy for somthing I didn’t do. We shall see !

As far as working out, was planning on working out every day this week, until I went back to Ottawa, but thats not going to happen either. I’M WAY TO FUCKING SORE TO WORK OUT TODAY ! My PC chain is crippled to rthe point I couldn’t even do a bench workout today, holy-o-fuck I’m fucking sore, I especialy shouldn’t have done all those shrugs at the end of my workout, my upper back and traps are complely fuckin ruined, not to mention my low back, ass, and hams :slight_smile: whew.

Anyway putting in laundry, and going for an hour long walk to try and loosen up, hopefully be able to bench tomorrow, and mabey one more lower body workout before I leave for Ottawa on Thursday if thats when I end up leaving. PR’s for all, Later !

The court thing sounds bizarre. You aren’t even present as your lawyer pleads? I guess we do things differently down here, showdown with your accuser and all that.

Managed to get some bench work in yesterday, nothing exciting, but some work all the same, in the morning while I was cleaning up my back yard, nice to be able to workout with the garage door open for a change, so I did some bench and chins inbetween picking up sticks and shingle bits from last years re-roof

Thought about trying to get some Db presses in with my 90s, but my bench is rickety, and almost tips over when I clean the 65s, so better to wait, mostly did the Db presses with neutral grip, but also did a set with reg grip as well. Going to try and get in a heavy squat workout before I take off again, we’ll see, got one hamstring thats tight, like I pulled it, so I’ll play it by year. I think I’m heading back out for work this weekend.

I’ll try and get the odd post up until May 6, then we’ll see what direction my life is going to take, if I end up back in my gym, I’ll get back to working out every day, or atleast on a reg plan/program, until thgen things will likely be up in the air. later
