Anything's Possible

It’s nice to hear that from someone - got asked by a regular at my gym if I’d lost weight. It’s hard to notice when you are looking in the mirror every day, so we need this external feedback every so often (she says, stuffing a chunk of Green & Black’s into her dainty gob).

It’s not something I hear everyday…especially since this time last year, I was, uhh, overweight(to put it nicely)
…I’d rather be told I’m looking buff, than skinny though :stuck_out_tongue: can’t wait to see what another 10lb loss looks like…

Skinny, was when I hit 135 several years ago…more like anorexic! 155-160 will be a good weight for me…
