Thank you for clarifying, DaCharm. I believe my first post on this site questioned the efficacy of the 5/3/1 program. And I was somewhat slammed for doubting. The bottom line is that everyone must use a program that is tailored to their goals. And my goal right now is to have the highest 1 RM possible for each of the big three lifts.

I’m thinking it’s the diet mostly…being consistent…and no carbs seems to be agreeing with meh! I haven’t had a free meal in nearly 4 weeks…
Also, this supp is something else…there are some days I have to force myself to eat because I know I have to!

Doc- they don’t bother me all that much…you can take the bars second from the top off, and adjust em however you want…the ones all the way at the bottom are fixed though…

I experimented with some tanning foam junk…didn’t work out so well, haha!! Think it would be easier to go lay in a tanning bed for 5 minutes at a time…but I’m so fair and freckly, I fear that I would just burn. Not tan :confused:

Honestly my chins are ummm sheepish look not to full extension. I pull myself up, release half way and pull myself up again. if I filmed myself you wouldn’t feel so bad at all. They probably don’t count as much more than hang time lol.

I can do jumping neutral grip pull ups…well one at least, haha…

It’s my dream to just bust out some pull ups…head turning thats for sure!!

My little one was waking super early last week…got my wish this morning and she’s still sleeping!! I think shes awake though…her+plus waking early/ no naps= NOT FUN!! Hopefully that little phase is over…

10,10,10,5—> used 30s last week!

face pulls- 50lbs-60 reps

external rotations

and those blasted static db holds- very humbling, used 15s, then 10s(90s-2x)
