Anything's Possible

weight is hovering around 190!

I’ll put some before pics up…Am I nuts? ya. I consider the present ‘during,’ so I’ll post one of those too…and when I get to my goal weight of 175ish :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

just don’t make fun of my big arse, kthnxbye :stuck_out_tongue:

ok. I’ve never posted before and afters…since I am not at my ‘after,’ yet, I consider myself in a place where obviously I feel comfortable enough to do this!!

The first shot is early July, not even at my heaviest here…somewhere around 215.

And THIS is what 190lbs looks like on a 5’10" WOMAN!! Who knew?! haha

Before.

Now.

Before.

Now.

Those shorts in the before pics were XL…
Now Large is too big…

I wore size 16 jeans, now down to size 10…XL shirts, now medium.

Yay, you have a waist. And those legs are looking pretty good. Nice quad sweep.

No Hooker Heels allowed!!!

What.

Oh, I especially love the bad-ass expression.

Wow! What a huge change in your body! You’ve got to be very proud of the results of your hard work thus far. Your own “before” and “after” pix could be great selling points to potential female clients.

Goddamn that is dramatic.
I didn’t know you were so tall!

Proud of the hard work, pissed that it took so long to get here!

I think it was Deja who said I didn’t have any more fat to lose, but TRUST me, I’ve still got some to spare…I’ll make a 10 pound donation to anyone who’s willing…It’s mostly in my hips and butt at this point…

Kim- you make a good point, and I’ve thought of that as well…Maybe the director(of PT’s) can post my before and after’s during the annual Biggest Loser challenge we have at the gym in January!!

I was in that challenge last year!

Hehe, thanks.

Yep, I am VERY thankful to be tall! I curse my Father’s Italian genes though…but my Mom is Irish…
No pasta for ME!!!

Fantastic! What a change. Nice legs.

awesome progress shots!!!

ur working some serious v-taper.

big thumbs up.

i didn’t say you didn’t have any more to lose… i just questioned the arbitrary “20 more lbs”. =+)

although i also thought you said you weighed 173 at 5’10" when i wrote that too. doh!!

and i also think girls with big bottoms should just keep em. lol but i guarantee if i was one i’d probably want nothing to do with mah pear bottom.

in reality it all comes down to personal opinion and taste. i think u look great… but i think losing a good 10-15 lbs of fat would give you a phenomenal look with the muscle ur sporting.

regardless you’ve come a long way and made phenomenal progress. enjoy it and keep on rockin!

Being a pear has it perks, I suppose

Down to 189!!! My omron digital BF thingy is putting me at 28% BF…Not sure where I started! But I’m thinking 18-20% would be a good goal…

Dieting SUCKS. I’m way more hungry than I was last time. But you have to get a little uncomfortable to lose the fat, IMO, and that’s why ‘diets fail.’ they are strict and hard, and people love food too much!
I keep thinking of ways to get out of this diet, though, haha…I’ve tried the 1200 calorie diet with the million hours of cardio and that doesn’t work for me! I always tried to steadily raise my cals over the course of a couple months, and I was steadily GAINING…

On this plan, I eat my protein and veggies, do my 3 days a week of lifting…2-3 30 minute walks a week at best.

Well, it’s working.
And lucky you, you have great shoulders.

189 girlfriend!! i’m so happy for you. i know this might sound like an FA moment here, but some of us are still working on the LEANING phase. thanks for posting your pics…what awesome progress! maybe when Cbear sends me my own set of cahones, i will do the same.

i will be attempting some food restrictions this week and next to get back in line. and come spring, it will be prolonged. your program is definitely working so stick with it!

Thank you for all the kind words…we all have something we are working towards…I just wanted the fat loss part OVER WITH!!!

I’ve done the counting calories, the certain amount of macros at certain times,no dairy, no wheat, only fruit PWO etc…4-5 day splits, total body, intervals, steady state, ARGH!!

I admit, the problem I had was STICKING TO SOMETHING for longer than say 2 months…always wanting to change things up, because ‘it wasn’t working.’ So there ya go…Pick something, and stick to it…give it a real, HONEST chance…And if you really gave it your all, and you aren’t getting the results you wanted, take a step back and tweak just one thing…

I still have a lot to work on after I’m done losing…the real challenge will be maintaining, and figuring out how much I can eat!!
