Before getting all complicated with carb cycling, Im just going to focus on eating as clean as possible…slowly adding back in carbs and good fats…mmmm fruit and nuts! And log it all in every few days to see where Im at…

good idea on focus on clean eats before you go on another regimen…i think that will be a nice mental break, and then you can start up again.
i’m in the same boat…i can’t (or won’t, i should say!) even attempt to stick to an eat plan aside from clean eats as much as possible…let’s see what we can do here in a month or so…
I’ll start in January and take the rest of December to just enjoy eating clean without counting…I’ll try to push this diet into next week to see if I can get to 179-180…but Im starting to get that run down blah feeling

I decided to ween off dieting for awhile though…been doing it since August!
I am thankful for finding RFL, and know that I can use it to fall back on at a later time, if need be…In total I’ve lost 30 lbs since August

We’ve even had snow here in England (just a dusting in London - it didn’t settle thank goodness. Snow is pretty but it makes it hard to walk!). It’s really cold though - zero degrees C right now (which is freezing point, if you’re trying to work out the farenheit). Brrr.
I’ll probably rebound back up to 185 for a few days until the water stuff works itself out…
But thats ok! I just won’t way myself for awhile…as long as my pants are fitting, I don’t really care ;}

Actually it was the first time I ever ate them together, but I loved it! I want to incorporate more plant based meals during the day and save the meat for dinner.
