So anyone have run any template on the new tactical barbell book?? I really love how the mass template looks for a mix of hypertrophy and strength since its a basic approach.
Haven’t used it however I’m a HUGE fan of the Tactical Barbell approach.
Program gets you fit like a motherfucker.
