What kind of routine are you planning to use whilst taking it, and are you planning on bulking, cutting or recomping?

I feel your pain- carbs have never really been my friend either. A lot of my ‘early’ fitness enthusiasm was built around sport and balls-to-the-wall explosive cardio so I really feel I miss it when I focus elsewhere.
Thinking about trying out eating slightly over maintenance (2900-3000ish) and mix up sprint days with weights sessions on a 1:1 ratio, like for example:
Sprints
Weights
OFF
(repeat)
I figure that works out at around 5 days training a week, built evenly around strength training aimed at really bulking on some mass, complemented by potentially anabolic cardio that’ll control fat gains, especially when combined with the nutrient partioning of Glycobol.[/quote]
i wouldnt do sprints the day before or after a leg day or back day, but thats just me. low and slow cardio is still beneficial during a bulk for its nutrient partitioning effects.
I’ve tried it and liked it quite a bit the first time I used it but not so much the second time around because of how should I put this…the cleansing effect! I suspect the formula may have changed and your mileage may vary but don’t stray to far from a restroom.
Btw, aren’t these types of products now obsolete because of Indigo-3G?

For the first few workout rotations I’m going to try:
Day 1 - Sprint session (e.g. 6 x 100 and 8 x 50)
Day 2 - “Upper” weight session
Day 3 - REST
(repeat)
This will gauge my body’s recovery capabilities and if/to what extent I can still make gains on my upper body lifts after sprint days. From there I’ll think about how to re-introduce leg work.
In my mind, sprinting will keep any fat gains down to a minimum, especially combined with the nutrient partioning effects of the glycobol, and will provide some degree of growth hormone/anabolic stimulus to aid the growth stimulus of the weights session the next day. Follow that up with a rest day to let the muscles heal and grow and I should come back stronger!

It will be for the end of a cut. Once I am at my goal, if I like the product I will use it to slowly add muscle while maintaining my level of leanness.
As far as routines,
Cut (weekly): 2 upper body strength circuits
2 hill sprint sessions
1 BB style high-volume session to maintain fullness in traps, delts and arms
Slow bulk (weekly): Traditional BB style 5-day split
Was thinking about trying the Glycol out as well…so thanks for this thread good info in here.
I am also tempted to say that if you can do decently full on hard out sprints the next day after a leg session…then it wasn’t much of a leg session.
Interesting dosing protocol Wannbebig…I think I will try it that way.

looks solid. give it a go.

i liked it better that way. less blood sugar ups and downs from 1 carb meal with glycobol and then next without until dinner. plus the half life of some ingredients is only 4 hours i read.

Yeah, what I was thinking re: ups and downs, as my blood sugar can tend to do this anyway.
