Haven’t really missed a workout since August, and before that, since April. This year’s been good. So I’m not really going to train until January ![]()
Going to do some back…got a lot of down time while my parents cook the turkey and whatever else…Figure why not kill some time with the weights at home.

My foo-foo gym was closed all day Christmas, so most of my “training” involved shoveling Nanaimo Bars down my gullet and pounding back 10% Belgian Beers…
I will go fuck up some weights today to make up for it…
I was in my home gym on Christmas evening to try out some gifts (weightlifting shoes & fat grips).
Normally bench today but thought I’d train tomorrow instead since the gym re-opens and I can get everything done rather then just bench. Extra rest day = PRs?
