I sometimes hate putting my pics up on the internet because anyone can use them for anything and you wouldn’t know. Free game.
those ads are everywhere. Hotmail, yahoo “new secret supplement, stop wasting money on powders, etc”
that and the teeth whitening secret ones
Have anyone seen the ads for this,I don’t know how to describe it but it basically shakes off fat. You rest bodyparts on it and like magic fat falls off. How can people be sucked into this shit. I’m waiting for them to bring back the bullworker. That was the contraption you pushed together for the “ultimate chest blasting workout” It had cables on the side to work back too…right.
This panosonic one above is the worst yet imo. Check out the price,$1999.99 U.S…fuck me. It’s a stability saddle. WTF? Moves around randomely while you do curls with pink dumbells.

Everyone is looking for that fun easy way to get in shape. Most people are afraid of hard work and dedication to get in shape. This is what keeping people from finishing goals. I hate when people complain about not wanting to deadlift and or squat. I finally slowly introducing this one girl into free weights. Se squats at least but won’t do calf raises because she thinks her calves are going to get bigger than what they are. Not trying to dog bodybuilders but really they put a bad example towards women. They all think they will get like that if they lift weights.
I respect bodybuilding and bodybuilder for what they do.

It looks like those pictures were taken an hour apart–just enough time to get a workout in and change lighting. It’s actually a weak effort, he didn’t even bother to push out his stomach in the before or take the before sans tan. I give this one a 3.

I agree with Fuzzy, but I think it’s also the women jumping to conclusions too… I was like that before I started lifting: I saw body builders with weights and made the association in my head. And it’s not helped by some fitness magazines marketed at women (especially here in the UK) with all the pictures of women with tiny dumbells. The media is so influencial in this. If only they published more articles showing women who have lifted heavy and trained hard and have the sexy bodies to show for it.
Yep, if you show women with nice athletic bodies lifting heavy weights, nobody would by into the scam or by the magazine. Who wants to work hard for something these days?

I know. This bugs me. I get pissed off by people who want to look great but can’t be fucked.
I hate these scams becuase I know that people will fall for them.
When I was in Reno last year I read a fitness magazine for women that focussed on weight training, it had Jamie Eason on the front, I don’t remember the name. It was a great magazine though, we don’t get that in the UK, we get “10k running special” every month or more recently “training with kettle bells” where the female reporter complained that she was having to do partial squats with 3.5kg. ??!!
I think if people geniuinely (sorry can’t spell that word) want to make a real difference, they’ll see past the scams and make their way to T-Nation or similar sites that offer great advice. I hope they will see past the scams. But I don’t think they will.

Not quite. There are either years or one or two steroid cycles between those two pics. His shoulders alone would need a year or two to make that jump in size if not more. Shit, I dare you to find 10 people on this site carrying as much size as his after picture even though the shadows make him look a little bigger.
First, there is no way in hell that happens in a month and the military damn sure isn’t making people that swole. Mind you, there are tons of big people in the military, but that is due to their own training and not because of running and doing push ups during PT.
didnt read thread, but i know who that guy is. used to talk to him on another site. he moved some decent weight around.
There is a good chance it isn’t even the same guy, unless someone has met him in person. A lot of affiliate managers give their best marketers free access to graphic designers and stock photography who airbrush pictures like that so that they can sell stuff to unsuspecting newbies. Fake blogs and transformations are big business.

The Army is giving troops juice now?
On another note, that guy looks good anyone know his real regiment?
I would suspect anyone with some brains on there shoulders would look at this article with at least some small amount of suspicion. Just like anything anywhere making claims of quick transformation either something is up or some kind of drug is at work.
