Good day. I’m curious as to if anyone is following HIT or super slow training principles and logging it?

Yes, I saw that log, thank you. That’s rest pause, not HIT or super slow.
Did My best in terms of mucle gain on HIT. Lots of ways to skin the cat though.

True. But I’m thinking this initial bout with HIT is giving me the best size gains I’ve ever experienced. Just difficult to stay away from the gym as I’m used to much more frequency.
Thinking of doing the Colorado experiment. Much greater frequency. We’ll see.
