But deep down … You know…

No… witnesses… I remain undefeated

Your enthusiasm for violence is terrifying.

Were any blood eagles performed?

I’m German…not Norse.

I went to beauty school with a girl who legitimately believed that. Interesting conversations there…

I love that video. Some of it is immediately applicable.

Its funny, my Dad gave me one singe lesson on self defence, or rather at the time, dealing with bullies.

Balls- Ouch,
Throat - Cant breath, induces panic.
Nose - Cant see.
Solar Plexus - Cant Breath but cant think much either.

Those were my targets. Try very hard to pay attention and notice which one was most easily struck. And strike it. Once and hard. Should be able to walk away at that point. If not, hit a second one, usually ends it.

Well, it worked pretty well. Only used it once. Guy punched me in the stomach…i was a pretty tough kid from footy and whatnot…so i took it pretty well, bent me over though, and he made the mistake of not hitting me a second time thankfully, this gave me time to calm down from the fear of being beat up, and time to think, and i punched him in the balls with an uppercut so hard, i dont think he bullied anyone else again during highschool from memory, and he never spoke to me again - Certainly took him a while to get off the ground. Apparently i was a “pyscho”. No, dipshit, you asked for it.

Two bullies ended during my tenure. The other was trying to damage my bike in the rack…bending it and what not. I was a bit angered, it was a new bike, so i threw him over the bike rack LOL. He hit his head on the concrete, a little blood…I saw a tear. I rode off. He also didnt speak to me again.

My first high school was rough as guts. I’m picking I was mid tier in terms of guys u don’t wanna mess with. I was pretty athletic but would lose to the tough sector whose father’s beat them up etc. Maoris and Islanders especially punch hard. Plus we had big ole white farm boys. I saw some violence but it’s probably child’s play with what kids especially in the states deal with in terms of guns and violence nowadays.

I just didnt like, and still dislike greatly, people messing with and picking on other people whom they may perceive as being weaker. Or just random people in general.

I’m alot bigger now. No one says anything to me. I find this to be a rather fortunate turn of events, as i’m just Not interested in trouble. I’m too damn busy.

Then u have no idea what it’s like to be short and disrespected because of it.lmao. Your right tho, trouble can cost time

Nah. I’m just too busy to care what other people think in general. Focus on things ahead of you, don’t bother with people unwilling to progress.

I’m a lot like that. Always have been. The couple of fights I had in high school were with somebody picking on a kid that wasn’t able to defend himself.

A guy from my neighborhood would do stuff like that in public at bars & parties. He’d always pick the guy that was super chill and virtually incapable of fighting back. I ended up trashing him pretty severely during a party at my house. He started doing the same old thing, and turned on me when I stepped in, so I kinda destroyed him and a few of his friends had to carry him out to get some first aid.

He was a lot more respectful and well behaved at any gatherings I had after.

Unfortunately, sometimes Violence is the only language they understand. Broken homes I often wonder.

Yes.

I’m not a big fighter but have been in a few in years past. There’s a big difference between winning a competition and self-defense, which is how I view fights.

You don’t know what someone may do to you when attacking, so the fastest, most decisive way to end a confrontation is ideal.

Assuming you don’t have a gun, imo an aggressive approach is best. Don’t start the issue but take an offense is the best defense approach if cornered. Especially if it’s not an even number of potential opponents.

No art, just martial and use the strikes/holds that are banned in competitions for being too dangerous.

Gouge eyes. Stomp knees. Slam heads on concrete.

BJJ, to me, is not ideal. Maybe in selective scenarios one to one where you can do the grappling set ups but often this will look like getting kicked in the head by someone else, or have your own eyes gouged by someone not playing by the training rules.

Instead, throw them on the ground and stomp their head. Kick them in the face. Punch them in the throat. Body slam them et cetera.

If self defense is the goal vs competition I would look for schools that teach this.
