So I am starting to finally develop a chest that has good shape, the only down side is that I have puffy nips. Yes I do have SOME chest fat but I don’t think that is what is causing the look.
Just wondering if there is any supps or something I can do to reduce the puffiness rather than the typical “lose weight” Because I don’t want to cut down to like 165-170 without having enough LBM.

Is it Gyno? Are nipples itchy or is there a bump?
Arimidex would be the prescription med but that would REALLY knock estrogen down.
High dose Calcium D Glucarate and DIM ‘could’ work and are OTC.
Nope def not gyno, just puffy nips. I was thinking about maybe taking some p5p see if that helps?
IDK about P5P but post a picture that looks similar to what you have… I don’t see a difference between puffiness and gyno, just puffiness being gyno at less of an extent.
What would p5p do? Difference from puffy and gyno is the actual hard mass nodule development vs fatty tissue development (aromatization). I have seen a few guys discuss losing the nipple fat/puffiness through hard dieting and supplements, I have only heard of gyno removal through surgery or some anti gyno poliquin creation.

I still don’t understand the difference… From what I’ve seen/read a vast majority of those w/ “puffy nipples” have gyno and the extra fat storage in the area that comes with it. Me being one of those people…
p5p reduces prolactin, which can cause puffy nipples. give it a shot, its on my “to buy” list. dim and calcium d-glucarate do nothing for puffy nipples.

Ah, well FWIW I’ve been taking 50mg (I think - too lazy to go check bottle) P5P every morning and can’t say I’ve noticed any difference in my nipples - lol, very odd thing to say.

from what ive read 100mg is the standard dose. its powerful enough that guys on tren use it to control the prolactin.
MAF: from what I know the difference is the hard lump that develops at the end of the nipple, making it look like an eraser or worse vs fat puffy. You can pinch a puff nipple and make it go away. You cannot for gyno. Have you tried to lean down and try and shed the fat there?
I get the puffy look from time to time and though I haven’t kept track in any scientific way, it does seem to come afetr too much salty food so I drink more water and cut sodium.
If it matters I never see it in the mornings…in the morning in my bathroom mirror I seem to look my best and get worse throughout the day…I’m not sure what that indicates.

Try? Yes. Succeed? No, lol. Well I don’t think my nipples look puffy but when I press down I can put pressure on and move something - the gland I assume. One of my room mates a couple days ago did say “yo man your tits look nice today” so after resisting giving him a good shot in the eye, I concluded I’m pretty sure it is gyno.

grape seed extract at 400mg a day. any takers?
This is good. I had been taking it because I heard it was good for allergy sufferers.
i took thompsons GSE, claimed it was 19g, i thought great. then noticed it was only standardized to 150mg Procyanidins (OPC). when i actually needed 400mg Procyanidins (OPC).
