Any Suggestions

Hi im 18 and i was just wondering what would be the best method for me to get huge/ripped ha.

Lifts: 6RMS
Weight: 180
Bench: 225
Squat: 250
DeadLift: 250
Legpress: 600

sort of a beginner i was thinking about doing the The Waterbury Method but i have no idea what im doing so any adivce would be very helpful thanks aton

Have you gone through the beginners forum? Read the stickies and then post…in that forum, that’s what it’s for.

My advice to you for now is to get a specific goal. No, getting “huge/ripped” is not a specific goal.
