Whats nice is that explosive training, strength, athleticism from training carry over into the sport, giving your typical T-Nation athlete a nice advantage.
Either way, if your lucky enough to have a course by, try it out, its insanely fun.
And a great way to get outside and exercise a little.
I can’t agree more, disc golf is a blast. I played a lot when I was about 20 and then got away from the sport for a good 6 or 7 years but I just picked it back up again. I am fortunate to live/work in a college town so I have three courses at my disposal.
The best part is most courses are free so a small disc investment ($20) results in a hours of recreation…until you toss your disc in the water.

Have you noticed an increase in players?
Apparently its exploding.
I just started playing, so I wouldn’t know. But its huge here in Michigan
