Just wondering if there are any of you out there that are either in school, have finished, or are apprenticing somewhere.
I’m currently attending Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario for Culinary Management… but as an apprentice… so most of my education is being provided by my Chef and work…
I’m really enjoying my education… I find that I can manipulate what I learn quite well with the t-mag philosophy.
Maybe I’ll start posting some recipes that I work with at home.
I was all ready to start the culinary arts program at FCI in New York a few years ago. I went out there for orientation and found out that I’m not a fan of the big apple. And that rent in Manhattan is the definition of insanity.
