You need to think of an ACTUAL question, and you should probably post in the Beginners forum.
Heres my 2 cents:
If you havent done any work and obviously have no specific question (“I have no diet at all”). Then obviously you don’t take your idea of competitive bodybuilding too seriously. You need to not only be dedicated in the gym, but also outside. That includes, diet, rest, and RESEARCH. READ. READ. READ. Only way you will learn…
Specifically, on Metzner program…I don’t think you are ready, phyisically or mentally. That is extremly difficult training. You have to foucs 100% on 1 set and use EVERY oz of energy into it. You need to have a couple of years of GOOD DEDICATED INFORMED training before you begin it…also, besides the energy taxation, many feel that that style of training is only beneficial if you have some good deal of strentgh to begin with. You need to be able to tax all the fibers in just one set. Throwing aroun 100kg on a set of BP aint gonna do it. If you are using to light of weight you will undertrain, too high weight overtrain/injury…neither good for progress… Low volume, high intensity works for some…and works extremly well (i.e. Metzner and Dorian Yates).
Search “Training for Newbies”, begin with that. Read some more info on your own, pick a program you feel you will enjoy, see how it goes and results, and go from there.
Get some experience, learn your body, experiment what works for you, and READ!
